Jesus didn't have a sexual relationship with John! And it's very clear from The Bible. Jesus was without sin.
II Corinthians 5:21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. KJV
Homosexual thoughts are themselves a sin so we know, from Scripture, that Jesus didn't have them regardless of whether He acted them out which He didn't because He didn't have them in the first place. When God made Jesus
to be sin for us that doesn't mean He grossed out on every sin in the book just to get properly polluted.
Jesus was like Adam before Eve started operating.

So if Jesus had been sodomising His disciples or doing séances with Mary Magdalene or eyeing up poodles He would not have been able to cast devils into those swine.
But He did.
