So the translation that puts “Love” instead of “its” is OK but the one that puts “Charity” instead of (according to you) “Love” is wrong?
You say you believe that the word should be “Love” and you also believe that the Pope’s infallible and the death cookie is Flesh.
What’s your point? You think you know what the verse is; we are assured that KJV1611 is inerrant.
May I suggest that God’s Word really was “Charity” and the Greeks got it wrong? You say that in KJV1611 the translator made a mistake, yet that word was given to man under inspiration from his King and God.
You are putting your trust in some Greek monk, and The Lord alone knows what was going through his mind at the time when he wrote what he did.
OK, if that’s what you want to do, carry on. Don’t come begging and praying to us when you’re roasting in Hell.
“We must reassert that the essence of Christianity is the love of obedience to God’s Laws and that how that complete obedience is used or implemented does not concern us.”
