Strategically it would be difficult. If the Lithuanians attack first, after defeating Russia and developing a long supply chain, they could liberate Tibet on their way to tackling the mighty Gobi desert. A successful crossing would give them access to rural China and the opportunity to win hearts and minds in a generational campaign. Proven tactics.
