Samson was the best of the judges. No one understood the concept of God's divine justice better than Sampson.

The groomsmen cheat on the riddle, so Samson kills 30 random strangers to take their cloaks and calls it even.

Samson's would-have-been father-in-law misinterprets Samson storming off and staying gone for several months to mean Sampson no longer wants to marry his daughter, and he gives her away to another man. Sampson destroys the Philistines' crops and calls it even.

That's the kind of judges we need today.

Upon request I will cite scripture for all these facts in God's Holy Word.
