Well hello.
What kind of perverted tyranny do you live in that doesn't allow parents to raise their children in whatever way they see fit? I am guessing a very liberal one, like Iceland or Canada.
All I can say is that I am glad I live in a free country like America where parents are allowed full control over the minds and body of their proprietary children.
And I am sure those boys won't miss their testicles for very long, and will thank their father when they are older.
