Re: Canada Repels Blasphemy Law: Jesus Now Illegal and Blasphemy Mandatory! -

Aw, poor little Canada, always trying to be so "nice" to everyone, even blasphemers. They might try being nice to Jesus for once!
The Godly laws against blasphemy were abolished about 10 years ago in the "United" Kingdom (I am speaking only of England and Wales here, not Scotland and as for Northern Ireland - Never! Never! Never!). However, it is still technically illegal to call for the abolition of the monarchy. This leaves an interesting judicial situation, whereby one is permitted to call for the abolition of the head of the Church of England (the reigning monarch), but calling for the abolition of the reigning monarch in his or her monarchic capacity may incur a life sentence.
But I have gone off-topic, for which I beg everyone's pardon. I notice that the map (so useful, thank you Brother Professor Dr White, Sir) omits New Zealand. I assume the color of that country is so white that it doesn't even show up, indicating that blasphemy is not merely permitted but actually compulsory. Or has it sunk under a tidal wave? I haven't looked at the newspapers today.
Vaccinated by the love of Jesus!!!
