The passage you're thinking of will be Isaiah 14:12 which was written in neither Latin nor Greek and does not contain what the Hebrew word for phosphorus would have been then (if it existed) זרחן (which it didn't) so Isaiah used a different word which does not mean phosphorus.
Fascinating isn't it? God knew all about phosphorus, because He made it, but Isaiah didn't. Perhaps you could suggest a reason for this? In the following chart there's a space where you can write your answer.
