I would say Franklin Roosevelt, who started all the "Big-government" programs in the '30's, commonly known as "The new Deal/Shmeal", but unfortunately he is not an option on your poll. Now, his close friend Barack Obama, the antichrist (they met in hell) is reviving the satanic socialist programs. Please hurry back, Jesus.
