Why does everyone who comes here to argue start by saying this?

The reason Africa is not well off is not because there is some angry fairy in the sky who decided that because one person made a mistake

God IS NOT GAY.

if you where a god would you be so petty?

I totally would be that petty. But, more importantly, who are you to judge God?
Quote:
They say God is a perfect being, had your life planned out for you before you where born. So why would he purposely plan that you will make a mistake?

God planned to give us free will. We chose to misuse it by ignoring God's word. That's why we deserve to be punished. But God is a forgiving God, so, through the sweet-smelling blood of Jesus, our sins have been forgiven.

It seems to me that God is an asshole.

Just wait until you meet the Devil in Hell. You'll be begging for God's mercy then, but God will just be laughing at your agony.

The true reason why Africa is a third world ...If it turns out when I die that I am wrong and I am cast down to hell, so be it because I refuse to worship something so cruel, unforgiving, and heartless.

TL;DR.

People say atheists don't have morals, but read the bible and its the theists that need to develop their moral compasses.

How can anything be immoral if God requires it? That's just nonsensical.

One last thing before I go, this is a little thought experiment:
Imagine God can do everything he does already, but he is a human, how fast do you think we would execute him for all the war crimes he has committed?

We tried the experiment. God was a human, and it took about 34 years to execute him. But it wasn't for war crimes, it was for telling the truth to the Jews.

Thank you for reading, I hope you are a bit more educated now and realize that it isn't the fault of the Africans that they are so poorly off.
|
The Africans are the ones who decided to throw their lot in with the Devil instead of with God. So it isn't the fault of the Africans alone--the Devil also bears part of the responsibility. Still, we Christians have been trying to warn the Africans to get right with God for centuries, now, and they just will not listen. How you have manged to twist this love that we have shown for the African peoples into the thesis that Africa's problems are somehow our fault is beyond me.
