You thank neither. Sarah Palin has had nothing to do with the economic recovery (she's not even in government anymore). It is Obama's reforms that have coincided with the recovery, but even these are mostly unrelated. Free market economies have ups and downs. They grow, then experience recessions. The economic recovery is an inevitable part of a free market economy.
