There is certainly some astonishing stuff in there. I suppose it's what happens when you trawl the internet in search of people, however dumb, who agree with you? Technology has much to answer for.
Disregarding the (rather large) portion of the post which contravenes the Eighth Commandment, I am appalled that any organisation, even one dealing with illegal migrants, would allow a sexual invert to work with small children. And as for this:
