I'm mean seriously if a god was willing to sacrifice his own son for the sake of a sinful creation of his surely there has to be some love and mercy in his heart.

Uh, it's kinda sounds like the way a mafia operates: we have to obey God (pay the mafia) to avoid eternal punishment (an "accident") that God Himself created for those who disobey Him (punishment from the mafia for not paying them off).


I mean, He created Hell, and He designed life in such a way that 99% of humanity goes to Hell. Does that sound nice to you?

I don't believe God is powerless I just don't believe God really really isn't as angry and vengeful as y'all claim he is.

I personally choose to believe in a loving God because of the fact Jesus died on the cross for the sake of saving us.

You know that He planted the tree of life and He created the talking serpent. Do you think He was so clueless that He didn't know what would be the outcome of that? He basically made a trap for the first humans to fall in, just so He can watch us suffer the consequences until the end of days.

I don't believe God is powerless I merely like to think god much rather likes to sit back and watch how his own creation lives.

Like a scientist in a lab, watching over his rats? Yeah, I sometimes think that, too. He doesn't really care about people, He just enjoys watching us kill, rape, and oppress one another in His name.
