Good news, Trump just today fired the acting inspector general for the Defense Department, Glenn Fine, from overseeing Pandemic Response Accountability Committee, which oversees the 2 trillion in emergency Coronavirus funding.

During this stressful time, Trump probably wants to fund his hotels and with is amazing predictive prowess noticed that this person would try to stop him from doing that.
Fortunately, Trump can now appoint someone who will more appropriately prioritize hotels. Which in this time of economic uncertainty is necessary.
