Jesus has stated that children are a gift from him, a reward to you.

Matthew 19:14 - But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Above, Jesus advises you to take the hardships of bringing up children.

And some more quotes below, telling you how to treat children and please your lord:

Matthew 18:10 - Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

Ephesians 6:4 - And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Proverbs 29:17 - Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul.


I could go on, but i wont.

It looks like killing children is a long, long way off from pleasing your Lord.

Should you quote something which advocates killing children, on top of it being barbaric, it only serves to highlight the contradictions in your bible.

Your feeble attempt to make the Bible appear internally contradictory is an utter failure, as none of these verses actually contradicts the mandate to stone disobedient children with stones until they die. It is perfectly possible for a child to be an heritage to the Lord, be allowed to embrace Christ, and not be provoked to wrath, whilst stones are terminally projected against his or her head. This just means that the stones must be substantial and forcefully thrown.
