Well, in Britain they have
postponed the regular elections - the local government and mayoral ones which are held at fixed intervals (rather than the
actual government ones, which they sensibly hold at the drop of a hat, when it suits the government) for a year.
I very much agree that Brother President Vladimir's solution looks the better option at this time, though.
