Faithful, the Good Book tells us in Luke 6:43-45 that, so to speak, the tree is known by the fruit that it bears us:

For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.


So, what then are we to make of the fact that in Muslim Afghanistan, the National Sport is dragging a decapitated rotting goat carcass around a field until your horses give out or you manage to plop the corpse into a "goal" enough times?

Now, I knew Mohammedans had a variety of dubious predilections–kiddie diddling , blowing up civilians for fun , smoking grass (like, literal grass) , etc., but this... what in the Lord's name are you to even say about this?!?
