Sinners, paying a price for your sins is your duty.

A famous author and evangelist, John Perkins who is dying of cancer, could have advised those who will remain on many issues. He chose sin. Repent of your sin, he told sinners.

It's almost as if John had read Pastor Zeke's sermons for many years. Zeke's Sunday message is directed at sinners. He is blunt in his command to repent.

All that said, there is a mile so difference between John Perkins and Pastor Zeke. Perkins is 91 years old and was active in the civil rights marches in the 1960's. These marches promoted interracial marriage. Jesus hates interracial marriage.

I think it's fine if we praise John Perkins' message of repentance. We have to remember God does not want interracial marriage. He put different races on different continents.

Praise Jesus! The boy Perkins has truly been listening to Pastor Zeke's sermons.

"When pain is overwhelming, it can be hard to pull your attention away from the pain and look to Him. It’s hard."

“I want more than anything to encourage others to know that you can live a life of sacrifice ... [a]nd at the end of it all He promises paradoxical, inexpressible joy.”

I've overheard the Pastor saying similar things to his house boys. Their suffering now is rewarded with the promise of inexpressible joy later. So lucky.

I'm all for repentance, but why doesn't this boy call out the sodomites specifically? After all, they are the biggest sinners--they sin even more than the Clintons.

Powerful, Brother Dnow. If any of us here at Landover had one last shot to take at sin, we would say, "Repent against homerism." We have to credit this fellow is trying to help but he misses the main target.

I don't know, it seems pretty clear to me that his final words were a condemnation of homosexuality. When I hear the word "sin," the first thing that comes to mind is gay sex. Just like when I hear "evil" I think of a black guy in a hoodie with a switchblade. He would've been there a while if he had to list out all the sins. Anal sex, rimming, coprophagia, BDSM, pedophilia, necrophilia, and cannibalism are all covered by "homosexuality" which is covered by "sin." When a pastor on his deathbed calls out sin, I take it for granted that he's implying fags molest kids and consume feces and that this is wrong.
