Oh, yes, dear Sister MitzaLizalor -- yes, indeed! Dr. Kleinsbockner has assured me that he and his team are ready for every eventuality. For cases where the administration of the anesthetic did not go as planned, there are two options. Both are very effective, and the rate of fatality is very low (in most cases.)
The older method is to use an intravenous line that goes through the gum tissue. It does require some stitching of the gums afterward, but apart from that, it is of little bother to the patient. But, the newer (and preferred) method is shown in the photo that I am attaching. This fail-proof method administers the anesthetic continually -- as needed -- from many different angles -- and all at the same time!

I have no advice to give you as all five of my sons, my husband, and myself all have perfect teeth. We've never had to see a dentist! However, I had a brother named Timothy who had a toothache. I think he was around your age. Anyway, my father gave Tim a swig of whisky, then my father pulled out his tooth! However, since my father had sampled the whisky before giving some to Tim, he pulled the wrong tooth. I think he ended up pulling three or four of those teeth before finally getting the right one. Tim died a few days later in agony for some reason. I think it had something to do with the pliers being previously used on the truck. Anyway, Tim died in his sins as he was not a Christian so I suppose I shan't see him in Heaven.
But don't worry. I'm sure you'll be just fine.

I cannot pray for someone who is getting their wisdom teeth taken out. I read over my KJV Bible and found this verse from the lesser read Psalms 81:10 to back up my stance on this. Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly. I can only take this by meaning that a lost tooth is not how God intended your mouth to be. A barren spot in your tooth line can only mean you are meant for HELL! I’ve met many a toothless Nigra and based on how they act, I can only assume you’ll be in line for your welfare check and robbing liquor stores in no time. Sorry, I can’t pray for this for you. I also suggest you read up on Song of Solomon 4:2 to know how God truly feels about missing teeth as well. He will send you to HELL for this! Thy teeth are like a flock of sheep that are even shorn, which came up from the washing; whereof every one bear twins, and none is barren among them.

Well, dear, there are some aspects of the circumstances we do not know here.
For example, it is plausible that Alex has punched someone, taking a tooth out. God's Law states that in this case, his own tooth needs to be removed:
Exodus 21:24 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
Leviticus 24:20 Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again.

What insight you have Basilissa. You are the pinnacle of white Christian lady smarts. Now, due to Alex not sharing all of the details, I can only say it’s an obligation he/she (Sorry I don’t know how God made ya) must fulfill if one were to expect reciprocation from a prayer request.

I will pray for you. How did it go? My wisdom tooth was also removed. Only my tooth was healthy, but it grew incorrectly and grew towards the other tooth. The recovery was very difficult.

Hello there, dear. It says at the top of your comment that this is your third post. Now would be an excellent time to head over to the Introductions Forum, where you can create your very own thread.
Spill the beans on how you came to know The Lord, love The Lord and serve The Lord.
Is there a particular Bible verse that speaks to you? Where do you attend church? Are you married and going about your duty to pop out soldiers for Christ? Are you single and looking to get hitched to a True Christian™ man? I hear that they make the best husbands! Just ask any of the wives here whose husbands allow them online.
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

You must be a young'un! Most people I know from Georgia don't have any natural teeth. I don't know anyone younger than 30 though!
Phil
58 If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD; 59 Then the LORD will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance. 60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast afraid of; and they shall cleave unto thee. 61 Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law, them will the LORD bring k upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

As a Christian, I have no difficulties with my teeth or with any other ailments for that matter. The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. I have found that dentists can be useful for cleaning the teeth, as tartar build up is unsightly and dentists are able to safely remove it. However, in other matters, they should not be trusted. I was told by a dentist forty years ago that my wisdom teeth were crooked and growing toward other teeth and that they needed to be removed. He showed me an x-ray picture that showed crooked teeth with long roots that were to be removed painlessly. I detected the odor of mendacity and refused his advice. I still make use of those teeth every day and they seem quite content to sit there crookedly and chew food as it is offered.
I was looking for your introduction and was unable to find it because there isn't one. Would you go to a strangers house and go in to join the conversation without introducing yourself? We are Christian here and friendly, but we do like to know with whom we are conversing and fellowshipping. Satan is active and often sends his wretches among us to attempt to vex us. I pray you are not one such, but there is no way to know.
Please repair to the Introduction Forum and tell us all about yourself and your own relationship with Jesus. We'd like to know your congregation, what town or city you live in, what employment your husband pursues and the number of your sons. Please include any other information that may be useful in coming to know you as a Christian woman.
You are welcome here, if we can assume you are not in thrall to Satan. We enjoy meeting and fellowshipping with Christians from around the world.
God Bless!
