Default Slavery- A-OK with Jesus! - 05-12-2008, 06:51 PM

Did you know that slavery is A-OK with Jesus? This isn't racism, friend. This is justified because it comes from the very mouth of my invisible friend, God. I've even got a few Bible verses to back up what I'm saying.

Here God brands the first of the slaves (Canaan, son of Noah):

Quote:
Genesis 9:25

And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
Here God shows the best way to mark your human property:

Quote:
Deuteronomy 15:16-17

16And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go away from thee; because he loveth thee and thine house, because he is well with thee; 17Then thou shalt take an aul, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be thy servant for ever. And also unto thy maidservant thou shalt do likewise.
And here God gives a brief synopsis on the rules of slavery:
Quote:

Exodus 21:2-6

2If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing.
3If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he were married, then his wife shall go out with him.
4If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself.
5And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free: 6Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.
So you see, God, though not racist, does advocate slavery. He just sets down certain rules in order to see that their owner profits. Praise Him for His infinite wisdom!!

You'll probably want to go to this thread for more information about this Godly topic.

But frankly, son, it's not slavery that concerns me right now. Rather, I'm worried about the casual -- even flippant -- way you refer to GOD ALMIGHTY as your "invisible friend." Would you dare to tempt the Lord your God with a lack of respect for Him?

I must agree with Brother Larry. Such a cavalier attitude towards our Creator is disrespectful, borders on blasphemy, and may even be a sign of DEMON infestation:

ALLOWING GOD TO MINISTER IN YOUR LIFE

Faith always believes in change. Satan desires to trap us. We should desire to be sifted like wheat and let God shake everything that is not of HIM out of us. We are in the signs of the times and we are seeing more and more people being trapped by the devil. Hebrews 12:27 says we are in the signs of the times as in Luke 21st Chapter. Licentiousness, and laziness are not God's idea. We need to arise up bigger than our problems and not walk about in fear. Fear begins with negativism. God never does anything in our life except help us to grow! It is time to kick against the rocks in our path and get those rough spots out of our lives.

We have the robes of righteousness on our back and we can walk victoriously in JESUS! God did not put the word "defeat" in front of our path. Give God Praise for the Praise He has made in your life. But begin to focus your thoughts, your heart, and your very being on the victories in this year. I believe that this year will be one of the greatest years in your life. Do not let the enemy try to intimidate you but WIN in JESUS! Satan only works through your five senses and affects your emotions which has the biggest effect on your life. If you learn not to walk by your five senses then you can Overcome these areas that have been and are being shaken. Remember the Spirit is first and then the physical. The only areas that satan will attack you in is your physical, emotions and financially.

We must begin to separate ourselves from old life styles and learn to Overcome. God has given us power over the enemy! Every evil spirit, every dumb spirit, every infirmity, every spirit of divination, every perverse spirit and spiritual blindness must fall by the wayside. Everything not of God must be shaken out of us! If we are going to walk victoriously in this year, we have to believe that we can Overcome.

Colossians 3:8 refers to the old way or the old man. We must put away anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language, and lies so as not to fall into those traps or fall into unrestrained spiritual hypocrisy. [DELIVERANCE is needed here.]

Unclean spirits give us unclean thoughts and actions. According to Mark 7:25 I believe the devil comes in at a very early age. Do not turn your back on the devil. Be wise and look at the situation. Do not be afraid to face your problems. You are made to be more than a conqueror and an Overcomer. In JESUS we WIN!

Let this year be your year of victory. We want to encourage you that no matter what you have been facing, your God is bigger than any problem. HE has made us to overcome every unclean spirit!" (CAST THOSE DUDES OUT IN THE NAME OF JESUS!)

Mark 16:17 And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: in My Name they will drive out demons.

1 Kings 21:14 Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth is stoned . . .

A SPIRITUAL WARFARE PRAYER:
Father, In Jesus' Name, I take the Blood of Jesus and break the power of all witches, warlocks, wizards, satanists, sorcerers, wiccans, pagans, and any other source, and all of their rituals off of us. With the Blood of Jesus, I erase all evil lines drawn on our liver. . .

Unfortunately, the 19th century terrorist Abraham Lincoln saw to it that we must pay our laborers in something other than a warm, dry place to sleep and two meals a day. In direct violation of the Bible which was the foundation this nation was founded on.

I like to pay on a sliding scale meaning the more they work the more I pay them. The first hour is around $2ish depending on the weather and it gets higher as the day wears on. I like to knock off early if it's raining. Paying like this eliminates the typical lazy beans and the ones just working to buy dope. I am fair though, I actually don't charge for their drinks and their lunches. I just take it out of their pay at the end of the week. Same for shoes, hats, dungarees, suspenders and if I have to listen to their music I charge a fee but it's low.

God bless America, the Second Amendment and the Constitution. God bless the United States Marine Corps and all who fight for Jesus in third world cess pools. God bless the GOP and all they stand for, Truth, Honesty and the American people. God bless Landover Baptist Church and all True Christians™ the world over. Curses to our Muslim President, his failure is our Salvation.

The world is a worst place for it. There are people who are running around now committing crimes because they are free.

In a Biblically correct world the Hammites would still be in chains and beaten for every indiscretion instead of running around stealing pies and raping white women.

Exodus 22:18

Well said, Brother Larry!

Mr. Butler, we all appreciate your enthusiasm for sharing God's Word. I'm particularly pleased to see that you read the REAL Bible, the Holy KJV1611! These are great things!

However, please do remember that God is the creator of the Universe, and, as Jesus so succinctly put it,

Matthew 10:28
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Luke 12:5
But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

Now, that's not someone with whom you want to take an overly-casual attitude, is it? After all, Jesus plainly told you to FEAR God. That is, Himself.

Your love for God, which is a wonderful thing, must always be tempered by fear, as Jesus (that is, God) has commanded.

Keep up the good works, Mr. Butler! Just be sure to remember your place. As a human, your place in the universe is to praise and serve the Lord, to live in trembling and terrified love of Him, and to continuously pray for forgiveness of your myriad sins and vulgar humanity, begging help to become worthy to spend eternity in Heaven, where you will praise and service Him at His glorious feet without ceasing forever!

Always remember that humans are worthless, vile, and inherently evil, and may only gain value in their awe of God's glory, and you will be well on your way, my friend!

Your socialist arguments against slavery fall on the rocks of reality. God would not have recommended that we had slaves were it a bad idea. Consider the world as it is now. There are countless millions starving. They starve because they have no money for food.

Now, how does free food sound? Good idea eh? Well, that’s precisely what a slave gets, and a bed and sometimes clothes. They get trained in a marketable skill and are given the self-esteem of having a price. Do you know what you are worth in Dollars? A slave does! Chances are that his value is above yours. Think of that! You’re worth less than a slave.

Now, various cruel organizations would have you send money to some fly-infest hole where death is a welcome relief. Think of the admin involved in this, I doubt there is a Wal-Mart with an ATM in the middle of a swamp so there’s a whole lot of logistics that cost $Millions. On top of that, all the donor gets is some card once a quarter if they are lucky (probably carrying a vile tropical, parasitic disease) showing a generic, grinning piccaninny.

Now, slavery cuts out the middle man. The aid is direct! The slave is better off. If you pay $30,000 for a decent Buck, you’re going to look after your investment. He no longer starves, he has that purpose and we all benefit from competitively priced cotton, tobacco and fruit.

You’ll find it a regular point here at Landover, “In God We Trust!” Praise! He’s got it right - as always!

Revive slavery and make poverty history!

Thank you for your constructive criticism, Brother. Believe me, I'll fear anyone that could strike me dead and launch me into Hell at any second, yet for some reason chooses not to. I refer to Him as my amazing Creator as my "invisible friend" is because he is my friend, and I've never seen Him. I mean no disrespect.
