EASTER IS NIGH- Don't forget who really killed Jesus! -
03-07-2015, 03:00 AM
It was the Jews! Damn them!
How many times have you heard yourself say that? It is a known fact that the Jews are a sly and devious race. We all know they treacherously gave over Jesus to the Romans, them that still hold sway at their Vatican today, who then slew sweet Jesus up on Golgotha, crucifying Him, as was their custom. The Jews were complicit and thus damned forever. Jesus would not have died that day (as briefly as it ultimately turned out to be) had not the Jews conspired in sly fashion with the godless Catholics.
But friends! Let us not overlook the fact that it was the Romans who smote Jesus. It was their Italian scheming that led to the capture of Jesus. They were acting like the Godfather, even then, in olden days. They have ever since acted like they had nothing to do with it and it was only the Jews. They are as prolific at lying as is Satan. It is Rome that bears the final responsibility for this act we celebrate and we can't let them forget it, no matter how much they deny it.
God judgeth the righteous, And God is angry with the wicked every day- Psalm 7:11

1 Thessalonians 2:15
14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews: 15 Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:

There really is no shortage of villains to identify when it comes to killing the very innocent Christ Child.
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

I know that that's what the Bible says (at least in your translation), but what it means is completely different. That's why our church uses an inclusive-language translation that changes hurtful language like that.
The Bible, when correctly interpreted, tells us to love everyone.

Jesus was a real troublemaker, not long after the crucifixion of Jesus, my proud ancestors, the Batavians, also rebelled against the Romans. Do you remember them too?
Julius Civilis commemorate is more valuable than that of Jesus ...

That is a classic one, who is more guilty..... Those who do it, or the person who gave command ...

Sweetie, Jesus wasn't a "troublemaker," Jesus is the Son of God.
Also, nobody cares about your Bulgarian ancestors.

I Thessalonians 2:12-16 We testified to every one of you, that you would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory. Therefore, we also give thanks to God without ceasing: because, that when you had received of us the word of the hearing of God, you received it not as the word of men, but (as it is indeed) the word of God, who worketh in you that have believed. For you, brethren, are become followers of the churches of God which are in Judea, in Christ Jesus: for you also have suffered the same things from your own coutrymen, even as they have from the Jews, Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and the prophets, and have persecuted us, and please not God, and are adversaries to all men; Prohibiting us to speak to the Gentiles, that they may be saved, to fill up their sins always: for the wrath of God is come upon them to the end.
Douay-Rheims .. look up . KJV Am I missing something here?
