Radical Comedian Set To Steal Minnesota Election! -
01-05-2009, 07:50 PM
In a shocking turn of events, the State of Minnesota is about to be taken over by an extremist Demoncrat comedian who loves pornography. Al Franken, who many have labelled a jewish Adolf Hitler, has found a way to steal the election for Senate from GOP Hero Norm Coleman. If anyone doubts the power of Barack Obama's alliance with big jewery, THIS should set you straight.
Quote:
Minn. board expected to announce Al Franken winner
MINNEAPOLIS - The state Canvassing Board was posed to certify the results of the recount in Minnesota's grueling Senate election in Al Franken's favor _ but that doesn't mean the race is definitely over.
The board was to meet Monday and was expected to declare which candidate received the most overall votes from nearly 3 million ballots cast. The latest numbers showed Franken, a Democrat, with a 225-vote lead over Republican Sen. Norm Coleman.
But after the announcement, there will be a seven-day waiting period before an election certificate is completed. If any lawsuits are filed during that waiting period, certification is conditional until the issue is settled in court.
Coleman, who led Franken on election night, hasn't ruled out a lawsuit challenging the results, claiming there were irregularities that gave Franken an unfair advantage.
The Coleman campaign also has a petition pending before the state Supreme Court to include 650 ballots that it says were improperly rejected but not forwarded by local officials to St. Paul for counting.
The court has not said when it would rule in that case.
New York Sen. Charles Schumer, who until recently was the head of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, said Sunday that Franken had won the election.
"While there are still possible legal issues that will run their course, there is no longer any doubt who will be the next Senator from Minnesota," Schumer said. "With the Senate set to begin meeting on Tuesday to address the important issues facing the nation, it is crucial that Minnesota's seat not remain empty, and I hope this process will resolve itself as soon as possible."
Sen. John Cornyn, the chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, called Schumer's comments premature and troubling, since Schumer is the new chairman of the Senate Rules Committee, which has jurisdiction over contested elections.
"Senator Schumer will likely play a key role in determining who ultimately assumes this Senate seat," Cornyn said. "Pre-judging the outcome while litigation is still pending calls into question his ability to impartially preside over this matter when it comes before the Committee, as it most certainly will."
Coleman's term as senator officially expired Saturday.
Senate Republican leaders have said the chamber shouldn't seat Franken until all legal matters are settled, even if that drags on for months.
Franken campaign spokesman Andy Barr said in an e-mail Sunday: "In terms of future planning, we have every expectation they will declare that Al won the election."
|
Well I for one see a silver lining amoung these black clouds; The State Supreme Court is going to rule on the merits of the case, so I'm certain that they'll side with Jesus and award the Senate seat to the GOP candidate.

Oh, wait.
Quote:
Court deals Coleman another setback on absentees
ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Supreme Court has rejected Republican Norm Coleman's request to count an additional 650 rejected absentee ballots in the state's U.S. Senate recount.
The court's ruling Monday likely paves the way for the state Canvassing Board to certify results showing Democrat Al Franken won the race. But Coleman's attorneys have said they are likely to sue if he loses the recount, meaning it could be weeks more before the outcome is final.
Coleman had argued the ballots were improperly rejected. In a five-page ruling, the high court said the dispute was among issues better handled in an "election contest," or lawsuit.
Franken leads Coleman by 225 votes after the state finished counting more than 900 absentee ballots that the state and the campaigns earlier had agreed were improperly rejected.

I just finished watching this live at 2:30 Central Godly Time on theuptake.com.
It took me a few minutes to report this and hook up a replacement monitor because I put my fist through the other one.

28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

The liberal activist judges have apparently just awarded this razor-thin election to the candidate they want without regard to properly counting the votes!! I have never seen or heard of anything in my entire lifetime that is so unjust or unfair!!

In all reality, it's not like Minnesota is actually a state. It is just a place where old satanists go to become Governor.

I'm starting to think it's actually a good thing that the Democrats are in charge with such large majorities. I think that, just maybe, God is giving them the rope with which they'll hang themselves. Four years from now, when the Democrat economic policy drives us into the deepest recession since the 1930s, and when the Democrat "lets play nice with terrorists" philosophy leads to massive terror attacks in the US, everyone will know whom to blame.
That way, we'll get a decent (by which I mean Republican) government in 2012, led by someone intelligent such as the great governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin.

I think that in spite of the fact that Coleman has a really bad looking set of dentures he will prevail in his challenge. God is getting angrier and angrier. He thought that after the 2000 and 2004 elections when He intervened for President Bush he would not have to do it again. God will also have the pending corruption charges against Coleman dropped.
GLORY!

I think there should be quotation marks around the word "comedian" when refering to Al Franken. I think he is one of the most un-funny people I can think of-- unless you think socialist Joos are funny. The last time I can remember really laughing at a socialist Joo was at the execution of the Rosenburgs.

Bad news, Brothers and sisters. Apparently satan is taking a decisive lead in Minnesota.
Quote:
Absentees push Franken's Senate lead to 312
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Democrat Al Franken's lead in Minnesota's U.S. Senate race widened Tuesday to 312 votes after previously rejected absentee ballots were added to the counting.
Franken did better than Republican Norm Coleman by a nearly 2-to-1 margin as the ballots were opened and counted as part of a lawsuit brought by Coleman over the statewide recount. A three-judge panel ruled earlier that 351 ballots had been improperly rejected during the election and should be restored.
Franken led by 225 votes going into Tuesday's count of those ballots.
The judges have yet to settle some claims in Coleman's lawsuit, but the absentees were the key issue that could have given Coleman enough votes to overtake Franken.
Outside the courtroom, Coleman attorney Ben Ginsberg minimized the new margin and said he would appeal to the state Supreme Court.
"What happened today in the sphere of this election is really inconsequential," he said. "There's a much larger universe of ballots that should be opened."
Franken attorney Marc Elias said he doubted an appeal would change the result.
"The problem that former Sen. Coleman has is he lost fair and square," Elias said. "He lost because more people voted for Al Franken than voted for Norm Coleman. No amount of lawyering or sophisticated legal arguments is going to change that."
Coleman initially sought to have more than 4,800 absentee ballots added to the race. The judges admitted far fewer, saying they had carefully reviewed each ballot to make sure voters had complied with state and federal law.
The pending issues in Coleman's suit include a request to invalidate votes from a Minneapolis precinct where ballots were lost between Election Day and the recount. A state board previously decided to rely on the machine count for the precinct.
Coleman also claimed poll workers made mistakes when making duplicate copies of damaged ballots. The error could have allowed both versions in the recount.
Combined, the matters could mean a swing of 100 votes.
Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, a Democrat, welcomed an appeal. He said an election certificate should be issued once the justices rule.
The certificate will come from Republican Gov. Tim Pawlenty's office. Pawlenty has said he'll await direction from the courts before granting the certificate.
Tuesday's counting of ballots in open court represented the first new votes added to the race since the recount ended in early January.
Since Nov. 4, Coleman has surrendered more than 1,000 net votes to Franken — first as local officials reconciled their Election Night tabulations, then during the exhaustive hand recount where he lost the lead and now through his court case.

Wow, even though that last remaining 100 votes couldn't help him win, since 100 is less than 312, Coleman is pushing to make sure every last Christian's voice is heard!
Praise!

Why don't the Democrats tear up the constitutions and be done with? What part of "loser" doesn't Franklin understand? He don't win by a clear majority, so clearly Franklin lost.
Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.
