I've been warning my friend, Bud Maynard, for years he needs to get liberals out of his town. Bud is the Mayor of Vinton, Iowa. Vinton is a couple of hours east of Freehold.

Bud always brags he has already cleaned up Vinton. It went for Trump by 20%. I tell him there are still too many liberal whackos in Vinton and he will pay. Today Vinton is on the front page of the Des Moines Register . Liberals in Vinton want homer books in its public library.

I will give Bud his due that two different liberal librarians have been forced to resign. But the books are still there. What Vinton needs is a good old book burning to get rid of Satan's trashy children's reading forever.

Who is not "up to date."? Orange City, Iowa, had a nice book burning in 2018. In all due respect, you seem a bit in over your head on all the topics you discuss like flat earth and homerism.

I tried it! There were some birds to whom I talked. One of them squawked and ate a grub but I wasn't persuaded.

The real problem here is not burning books once they've been printed, all that happens is the publisher makes more money when they're replaced. Even a book nobody'd want in the first place, some titles have been suggested, all revolting because they all go against Scripture regardless of what other opinions exist, when incinerated in big piles of a thousand or so @ $50 ea., say, that's $50,000 per pile straight into the publishers' pockets. They don't care why the books are bought. One pile in each state – work it out $$$$$$$$$$$

What we need to do, although burning high-value books is commended in The New Testament, is to prevent them being written in the first place. If God's standard were applied no such titles would exist at all.

I think we at Landover Baptist need to do more research of which books children should be allowed to read. In fact, we should be developing a list of books True Christians™ should not read.

Now is a great time to dive into this topic because it is a national issue. Just recently, Old Joe Biden addressed a meeting of librarians the told them the Federal Government would intervein and help librarians in their mission to let children read porn and develop porn minds. He promised to appoint a book expert to rule on what books are OK for children.

Biden has not appointed his chief anti book banner. I'm wondering if we could go under the radar and get someone from Landover Baptist appointed? Our rep could trash a lot of sinful books.
