Trump Trial a waste of time, a waste of your tax-dollars, and unconstitutional

2020 Presidential Election Case
Donald Trump's third indictment was delivered on Tuesday, following an investigation by Special Counsel Jack Smith into his role in the efforts to overturn the 2020 election outcome, and the associated storming of Congress by hundreds of Trump supporters on January 6, 2021.
The point here is every American’s right to defend themselves against, and depose, tyranny and the right to Free Speech.
It does not even matter if Biden isn’t a tyrant (He is.) All that is required, constitutionally, is that Donald Trump believed that he was. When someone robs you of a Presidential Election, I would say that is pretty good proof that he is a tyrant. This gives Donald Trump a right to oppose and to state the obvious.
Let's look at the Department of Justice's website:

The primary purpose of the Second Amendment is to ensure that should a tyrannical power overtake the Nation, Americans will be able to defend themselves; because this danger always exists, gun control should be prohibited.

This clearly underlies the right – the duty - of the Citizen to oppose tyranny.
There is no definition of “tyranny” – obviously, this is left to the judgement of the citizen.
Anything that
appears to be tyranny must be opposed – with arms if necessary. Donald Trump’s followers had no arms – such brave people – but, constitutionally, they could have had them. That they didn’t, shows that they were reasonable people, acting reasonably and hoping for a peaceful outcome.
Did Donald Trump have a right to believe that Biden had taken control of the Election process and was rigging the vote?
Yes. You and I heard enough from Fox News to know that there was “reasonable doubt” about the process and the outcome.
Let’s move on to Freedom of Speech: This is important because of this:

A case in which an individual covered up the state motto onhis automobile license plates and the resulting court appeals and decisions areexamined in relation to the first amendment right to freedom of speech.
Abstract
In 1974, George Maynard was arrested for covering the New Hampshire motto, 'live free or die,' on his license plates, in violation of a state statute. According to Maynard, the motto violated his religious beliefs. After serving a jail term, he filed suit in federal court to prevent future arrest for obscuring the motto and to require issuance to him of license plates not bearing the state motto. The supreme court struck down the New Hampshire statute prohibiting removal of the state motto from license plates, deciding that the first amendment prohibits a state from requiring an individual to display ideological messages on his private property in such a manner and for the express purpose that they be observed and read by the public. In making the decision, the court determined whether Maynard's conduct was entitled to first amendment protection, then it measured the interest he had in exercising that first amendment freedom against the countervailing interests of the state in retaining the motto. The court asserted that the right to refuse affirmation was as constitutionally protected as the right to speak. It found that the state's interest in having the motto displayed was related to suppression of free speech and that the degree of suppression was greater than could be allowed in the state interest.

Neither the State nor the powers of tyranny can tell you what you must think or what you must say or what you must believe! If you believe something has been stolen from you - shout it from the rooftops!
To any thinking individual, these show that Donald Trump, rightful President of the USA, is being railroaded by a tyrannical oppressor(Joe Biden and henchmen) unconstitutionally.
