Most of us at Landover Baptist are well know Christians, but none of us have to put up with the unjust scrutiny the Dugger family faces. Recently, they trained two family toddlers to mop floors. Liberals are accusing the parents of slavery.

When God wrote the Bible, He included plenty of advice on how to raise children. He wanted children beaten when necessary and kept on a short leash. The Duggers are raising two fine and productive children:

The Duggar family is being accused of bad parenting and doling out harsh punishments after they posted a photo on Facebook showing Josh Duggar's and Jessa Seewald's toddlers cleaning the floor.
The picture on Facebook, presumably posted by the grandparents, shows Josh and Anna Duggar's youngest child, Meredith, along with Jessa and Ben Seewald's oldest child, Spurgeon, holding two Swiffer Wetjets as if they were mopping the floor.
"Train them young," the post's caption reads, referencing Proverbs 22:6: "Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it."

What's wrong with teaching children to clean up after themselves? I give my children the option to clean up after themselves or live in the barn like animals. They almost always choose to clean. Besides, little bodies can best clean little spaces.

Liberals always complain when poor children have to clean their room, pray, mining diamonds etc.

And even if it is slavery, why should that matter? The Bible never explicitly says that slaves must be black. We are all slaves to Christ, so why should the unsaved heathen not be slaves to the chosen?

Newt Gingrich agrees! Child labor laws are so stupid! It's no wonder they're stuck on welfare. Nobody gave them the opportunity to work! Instead of keeping children out of the coal mines we should be letting them back in! Maybe the way Trump is promoting clean coal jobs he'll let children join in on the fun.

Economists tell us that when a group in society consumes more than it produces that group is a drag on the economy. Think of the millions of children in the U. S. who are dragging us down. They want to work but our stupid laws prevent them from being productive members of society.
