Seeking a man who can keep me in line. -
02-16-2011, 09:31 PM
I am Grace K and I am seeking a good husband. I have just left my father's house because I have realized that I was living a lie. I was raised thinking I was a Baptist, but now I know that it was all a lie and I was being raised catlick by my father. I am staying with the Pastor of my local Baptist church now and have left that horrible place of sin.
I know who I wish to be, and I know my place. My main wish to have lots of soldiers for Christ and to raise them True in the Faith.
I can keep a house spotless and my favorite things to do are cooking and reading my new KJV1611.
But as a woman, I have my hardships and doubting, so I seek a good man who can keep me in line with a firm hand and to help make me the True Christian I know I can be!
Signed,
Grace.

So we follow the Bible 100%, and that makes us fake Christians? You, meanwhile, cherry pick the Bible for the bits and pieces you like, ignoring the other 97% of God's word, and that makes you a real Christian? Come on. 2 Timothy 3:16 - "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." James 2:10 - "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."

How else would a Christian treat the faith, if not seriously? Do you treat it like some extended LARPing retreat?
Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

Grace,
this all sounds very nice - but I could not help but notice you have skipped an important part... you mention cooking, but how is your baking? Can you make good pies for the LORD?
And at 15 you are certainly not too young to find a good suitor - it is never too soon to start breeding litte Soldiers for Christ.
But - are you really sure you already know your place? I am asking because I have become more careful due to some shocking disappointments.
Someone who appeared to be a chaste, True Christian incub... woman looked at me in a funny way when I showed her the Menstruation Hut.
And while your intentions and thoughts seem to be pure, I have to ask if you are prepared to be kept on the path to Christ with a very firm hand and accept full submission to your husband's god-given will. I am not about to spare the rod - for it is important that we protect womenfolk from their own feeble mind and tender flesh by being strong for them with all the thrust and impetus of our passion for the LORD! For it is better to break a will and a few bones than to allow a wife's soul to fall to eternal damnation...
Mark.94:43-47 And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire:Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.
Perhaps we should pray for guidance from Jesus on this important matter - he needs more little soldiers for Christ and you obviously need a strong guiding hand.
Yours in Christ,
Alvin
Mark 11: 12-14: "And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet. And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever." You cannot hide from JESUS' wrath behind natural laws! Gravity is only a theory and will not prevent the rapture!

I absolutely LOVE baking! I am so upset that I did not say that earlier! If I had to pick I would say my favorite hobbies ever are baking, reading my KJV 1611, cooking and cleaning.
Oh yes Brother, I know my place and I stay there!
Was she ungrateful for her hut? I would LOVE one of those! It wouldn't have to be fancy, just a good place for me to go in my unclean time where I would be away from other people, so as not to get them unclean.
And not to sound rude in any way, the title of this thread is "Seeking a man who can keep me in line". Why of COURSE I am willing to submit to my husband. It is my job after all. And I do not wish to burn in hell..theres homos there!

Ah, Sister Grace, that sounds encouraging - for a second I thought you were trying to hide a deep blemish and tricking me into offering my stern hand:
Ezek.16: 15-16 But thou didst trust in thine own beauty, and playedst theharlot because of thy renown, and pouredst out thy fornications on every one that passed by; his it was. And of thy garments thou didst take, and deckedst thy high places with divers colours, and playedst the harlot thereupon: the like things shall not come, neither shall it be so.

Aaah, praise the LORD, 't is good to know that there are still godly women out there. Indeed the last one I showed the Menstruation hut was obviously not a True Christian woman - she got angry and said something about not being a dog who can be kept outside in the backyard. I really didn't know what I did wrong - the chain and necklace was only there to help her internal resolve, lest she get weak and try to sneak back into the house during the time of her period, thereby risking irreperable damage to her eternal soul... It is good to know that you are a young lady who can better appreciate my concern for your soul.

Wow - this one is obviously in dire need of a strong Christian hand to control her inner urges! "not to sound rude in any way"?
Timothy 1:11-12 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
You are clearly overstepping your bounds as a female, which illustrates how badly you need to be forcefully reined back into the loving lap of Christian compassion! Amen, Sister, we need to break that monster called pride that has reared its ugly head.
Jer.49:16 Thy terribleness hath deceived thee, and the pride of thine heart, O thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, that holdest the height of the hill: though thou shouldest make thy nest as high as the eagle, I will bring thee down from thence, saith the LORD.

Very well - then as you are 15, I suppose I should buy you off from your father to avoid any misunderstandings with regard to property rights later on. Do you happen to know how many shekels he intends to sell you for? If I take this burden off his hands now, I assume he should offer a good price, considering you have just entered that time when girls become difficult...
But perhaps we should not be discussing these sensitive economic matters in public, so perhaps you should PM me your father's starting offer.
Yours in Christ - and looking forward to laying hands on y... I mean to a laying on of hands in the interest of soothing and reshaping your troubled soul in the image of the LORD,
Alvin

Oh no. I would never even think about tricking another indvidual! That's what satan does!
How dare she be ungrateful!! You were only trying to help her and to prevent her from being tempted. She will realize the mistake she has made, when she's burning in hell..
I only said "not to sound rude" because I did not wish to offend you, lest you take what I said the wrong way.
As for how much, I do not know. He doesn't even want me married! I suppose that conversation would be between you and him alone.

Hello, Miss Grace! I admire your wish to become a ! My husband has granted me permission to inform you that our two eldest sons are of marriageable age. Perhaps one of them would be a match for you? Of course this is after you prove that you are worthy, humble, and meek woman who is God-fearing and able to raise children and run a Christian household! If you wish to and if your pastor finds this to be a good idea, allow my husband to come in contact with your pastor to discuss and arrange a match. What about your abilities to home school? Will you teach exclusively from the KJV Bible?
What about discipline of children? How would you go about that?
