when God disciplined me when I was a toddler and I took an ice cream bar from the store. He let me know that he is serious. he spanked my butt pretty much it was scary. he disciplined me cause he loves me. I don't hear other people talk about how fearful God can be so I must be on his good list. that's the only thing I ever did wrong. but I also took some quarters from Santa Clause as a teenager but he forgave me. that was just some petty stuff. I asked him if he had anything against me after he judged me and he just said I took his quarters. he is actually extremely mad at all the evil people in this world. and I don't know if he even disciplined them. We do not say that - Jesus does. John 3:18 does not have an exception clause for children. All unbelievers go to hell, no matter what their age at death.

I think this is the passage you're referring to:

Of course Jesus also discussed how we should treat ourselves. You mentioned an act of theft when you were a toddler (the ice cream bar) which according to your earlier claim was at an age when you were not accountable for wrongdoing due to lack of guilty knowledge, "actus reus non facit reum nisi mens sit rea" being the technical term in law. And yet God saw fit to discipline you? There seems to be a conflict there, perhaps you could clarify.
