An attempt to stem the tied of lawlessness in Arizona by illegal immigrants by arresting anyone who fails the proven Brown Paper Bag test was struck down by a LIBERAL activist judge today.

PHOENIX – A federal judge stepped into the fight over Arizona's immigration law at the last minute Wednesday, blocking the heart of the measure and defusing a confrontation between police and thousands of activists that had been building for months.

Amen Brother Bobby. It's a well known fact that the 20-30 border patrol agents you will pass on any trip toward Mexico plus those multiple checkpoints on any highway on the U.S. side of the border simply aren't getting the job done.
