Should I use public transport? -
10-26-2011, 09:38 AM
My trusty Blake Fulenwider Chrysler Dodge Jeep, is off the road while this is a relatively new car for me, I have experienced some problems with the manual gear controls and the bull bars got a bit scratched after running over some drunken micks last Saturday night. While it’s being repaired I may be forced to use public transport and travel with the great unwashed. All because new laws here prohibit the use of farm machinery on main roads. So I can’t even use my tractor to get out and minister the Word of God.
I’m a bit apprehensive about using public transport as it is known to be full of Atheists, crack whores, priests and homers. However, I also think that maybe this is a test from God, perhaps he wants me to minister to the reprobates that use public transport – like in Acts 26:22 . So, should I accept this as a test from God, am I therefore ought to receive such, that I might be fellowhelpers to the truth – 3 John 1:8
Or should I avoid the degenerates and walk, bear in mind that in this land there are priests in every hole in the hedge waiting to pounce on good looking Godly men, so that they may be corrupted. There are witches posing as nuns and terrorists hell-bent on destroying anything that hasn’t got a shamrock or leprechaun on it, so walking can be rather dangerous.
Matthew 10:34
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

Whichever you choose it is your perfect opportunity to get out the placards and the bullhorn and put Jesus in the faces of these freaks.

Anyone who moves to Freehold will not be able to get on a public bus. We don't want the stuff available in our Christian city:

Oooooh, I assumed public transport was car rental. I use these folks a few times a month.
The only bus I have been on is Rev. Osborne's Revival bus back in the late 80's. The stories I could tell you.
Don't ethnic people ride public buses? How do they deal with the smell?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Want and need are two different things.
In a two tractor truck-stop town like Freehold a bus is not required given that the main drag is shorter than a puppy's attention span. Besides, a little walking would go a long way in helping curb the obesity problem that has turned your village into a living advert for stomach stapling.
As for the O.P... public transport is perfectly fine for the majority of folks and here in Rome we boast one of the finest subway systems in the world as well as clean buses and no pick-pockets.

Don't do it!! Everyone who uses public transportation is a degenerate socialist. You should not associate with them.

I agree with Mr. Hutchins about car rental. Or better, why not buy another car? Something suitable of course - there's a thread all about it.

Do you honestly believe that we think you people object to strangers putting their hands in your pockets? No wonder you minimize pickpockets.
Note to the tourists: there are whole websites devoted to the pickpockets in Rome. This is one such site:

So much for your boasting.

One of the many benefits of living in Real America™ is that we aren't faced with the dilemma of whether or not to pile onto a bus or train full of retarded people with AIDS. I suggest spending some time in prayer and letting the Holy Spirit guide your decision.
If, however, the Spirit guides you to ride the bus, I would use the opportunity to hand out some Chick Tracts. I keep a small binder full of them on me at all times for just such occasions.
II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power
The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Rushdoony

There are times when possession of a car in question works out best if you do not actually own it. Also, there are some terrific write offs that can be had if you fly into a town and a car, room and so on. For example, I can write down over $100K of 'on paper' income easily in a weekend in Vegas with Rev. Osborne doing a Laying of Hands™. If I drove my own car and stayed out of town at a Motel (not that I ever would, but for illustration purposes) and ate at chain, I bet I would barely be able to write off $1K. So renting saves me $99K in just a single weekend. Money does not grow on trees, it grows off the sweat of my brow on my plantation.
