A Possible Solution to Freehold's Budget Issues -
09-15-2011, 11:35 PM
My Brothers, I have arrived at a possible solution to the budgetary issues that have so tragically affected my paycheck the court’s ability to properly compensate its employees.
No, Brother Mayor Freehold, this idea is in no way an attack upon your idiotic “slash and burn” approach to balancing the budget.
Although some have indicated, and I quote, “retribution for ending up in the pokey for that spurious child molestation rap” in some way influenced your decision, I have rejected that.
I propose we “bury the hatchet” and look at a potentially more lucrative approach to curing this shortfall. And here I’m talking about how the State of Arizona has been creative in off-setting prison costs.
I know, I know, Arizona and that liberal-leaning sheriff, Joe Arpaio (He of the pink underwear and stale bologna sandwiches), think they have a handle on properly treating the dirt bags they incarcerate, but I believe I have a more creative approach. (By way of background, those Arizona woosies want to charge prison visitors a lousy 25 buck to family members to visit their loser relatives.)
I’m thinking that since most of Freehold’s inmates are jigs, greasers, and other third world-types, we need to make them realize the severity of their crimes against society – and here I’m thinking of gouging the hell out of their useless relatives, offspring, friends, and public defender joo lawyers – and stick it to them royally.
I’m thinking that:
- -Mothers, Fathers, Sisters, and Brothers should be hit 25 bucks for a five minute visit.
- -Wives, sons, and daughters should be punitively hit for 50 bucks for linking up with that loser.
- -Grandparents must cough up a 100 bucks because they are sucking the public tit for the lavish social security income they enjoy.
- -Public Defender lawyers should get a freebie because they are getting public funds and I don’t need my taxes to be increased to cover they’re sorry asses.
- -The ACLU and all those other libtard groups should be charged a thousand bucks an hour beginning when they walk in the door (up to and including the time they spend in the toilet whipping off to images of our hot female – or male - guards we employ. Well, depending upon how those commie lovers swing).
Let me know what you think, Mayor.

I can't thank you enough, Judge Tannor, for taking the time to lay out a rational and reasonable way to put Freehold's revenues and expenses in order.
Since these ideas are very far reaching, it seems to me we should get as much public input as possible before we put them into practice.
I am hereby opening this forum as a public hearing on Judge Tanner's recommendation for additional revenues for Freehold. The floor is open for comment.

Thank you Mayor, for permission to add my 2 cents. While only an honorary citizen of Freehold, I believe I can expand on Judge Tannor's excellent revenue-generating idea.
As was pointed out, Freehold's prison is mainly populated with beaners and darkies. The natural state of both groups, whether incarcerated or not, is destitution due to their profound laziness and love of crack and malt liquor. Wouldn't it be better to open an additional prison, for white-collar criminals from across the nation? A mega 'club-fed', if you will, where the prisoners with means are afforded luxuries others are not. Incarceration is about punishment, after all, and what is more punishing for the rich than to lose a substantial amount of their fortune? Oh how we could squeeze them minister to them!

All of a sudden my thoughts of raising the parking rates at the Jailhouse to $5 seems rather paltry to these new plans so I will not present it for discussion.Besides the parking fees is a cash only business and the daily takes seem to depends on the day. I have noted that there is never more than one or two paying customers on a Thursday.

While we're just tossing out ideas to think about here, I've wondered about reversing something done in "secular" cities. That is the toll road.
That is a system of charging a fee when cars and trucks use the streets or roads.
In Freehold, where we like cars, we could charge a toll for people who walk or ride bicycles. I don't know how we could force them through a toll booth, but maybe someone can come up with a way to do it.

You would, of course, include joggers and those ''power walkers'' too. It really makes me mad to see these people using our public streets as their own health spas. They want to work out there are perfectly good machinery available to mimic any action.Could you imagine a normal business meeting where everybody used the stairs instead of the elevators. Everybody sitting around all damp and stinky, I mean this is why stair steppers were invented, right?

What is this, a RINO convent to come up with such STATIST nonsense as a raising a Tax??? That is what charging a visiting fee is - a tax!
NO, the only way to balance the Freehold budget is IMMEDIATELY resend ALL corporate taxes in Freehold so the Job Creators have the security to expand the Freehold economy. If Mayor Joe Hold had only put down his copy of Das Kapital and listen us Entitlement Reformers in 2009 Freehold wouldn't be burdened with this lousy, weak tea 90% corporate tax cut!
Let's ENABLE the Freehold Christian Economic Miracle by ending the tax penalty for the Job Creators!
And Judge Tanner - maybe its time for some creative thinking? How about bringing the Freemarket into your Statist court for a change and get rid of those lazy government employees and get some private contractors,
Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

Oh, sure, you can trot out ideas that you think won't affect your Godly Capitalist™ status, but try this on for size:
Mayor Hold decides to privatize the court system. He then puts out our judicial system for bids. The low bidder is Wun Hung Low from the Peoples Republic of China. They win the bid.
A bunch of those fish-head eaters show up and immediately take over our Godly Court System™.
The first case brought before them is another of those spurious charges against you for jack-booted thuggery against coons and greasers for exercising their "rights" as Americans.
The slants don't have a clue about your Godly Real American™ efforts to keep us clean against their unholy third world activities.
So the chinks find you guilty and throw you in with all those anal-sex loving "brothers."
You place a phone call to me seeking relief while some well-endowed coon is "sizing" you up for being his "bitch," and I tell you there is nothing I can do because your Tea Party buddies wanted me to stop sucking the public tit as a freeloading civil servant.
I suggest you contact the ACLU to seek relief. But, darn, the ACLU has hit tough times and outsourced their assistance to India.
Good luck with that. Maybe place a dot on your forehead and start worshiping a mutli-armed harlot?

It beats trying to get any judicial work out of one your UNIONIZED blood sucking court employees whom I KNOW for a fact are MoveOn members and sit their behinds in their cushy, 60 hour a week jobs, dreaming of retiring at 65 like the lazy slobs they are.
The only reason we don't have a privatized, freemarket court system is because the Producers are unfairly penalized from doing it by the state legal monopolists!

You know what ever Tannor, remember I am part of that (privatized) enforcement body? The words of Andrew Jackson to the Supreme Court come to mind.
The freemarket time has come! Embrace it or go the way of the dinosaurs like all those public school teachers! The Privatized Courts are coming.

I'll relay your comments to Tyronne and his brothers.
I'm sure they will be anxious to "crack the textbooks" with you and discuss your thoughts to a greater extent.
(Oh, by the way, as your chink sub-contractors hand down your sentence, be sure to ask them for a supply of whatever they make in gookville as a substitute for Vaseline.)

Nice try Tannor but judges don't investigate or charge. Remember we had that issue come with those two girls the Hoffman twins and that swing set. You really want to go threw another round of questioning before the Iowa Supreme Court? I recall Chief Justice Cady Fed Ex'd you a copy of the Constitution (which you still need to pick up at the guard shack)
Enough with the treats Tanner, they are empty. As the Chapter President of the Iowa Tea Party Citizens United, Not Timid I will not be silences by armed thugs with jack boots and guns! Not while I have second amendment rights! It's time America return to the original intent of the Founding Fathers and end the state court MONOPOLY

Why not make money off those con-jungle visits? Perhaps a Pay Per View option via the security camera feeds in those sexy trailers?
Leviticus 13:44 He is a leprous man, he is UNCLEAN: the priest shall pronounce him utterly UNCLEAN; his plague is in his head.
2 Kings 6:25 And there was a great famine in Samaria: and, behold, they besieged it, until an ass's head was sold for fourscore pieces of silver, and the fourth part of a cab of dove's dung for five pieces of silver.

We've got that action covered. We sell those videos to the japs for, uhm, research purposes.
They pay plenty too.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
