Sorry that happened. It might be caused by some kraaienpoten that went missing. The Russians can keep them though. They are not hard to produce.

I was once planning a holiday to Ukraine. Not sure what I had in mind going to a sh**hole country. But the brochure said "Ukrainians are warm and welcoming to foreign tourists. They will delight in showing you the charms of the country, and you will have fond memories to keep forever".
Seeing what they are doing to the Russian tourists, I'm glad I didn't book that holiday.

58 If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD; 59 Then the LORD will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance. 60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast afraid of; and they shall cleave unto thee. 61 Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law, them will the LORD bring k upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

The Russians are the "warm and welcoming" people, not the Ukrainians. When the Russian flag flies over the country it will be a great place to visit. Putin will shut down the homer brothels and there will be Baptist churches to attend.

Russia's heartwarming hospitality once again shines through.
Quote:
Russian President Vladimir Putin announces "simplified entry" into Russia from Ukraine: State media
Russian President Vladimir Putin has "simplified entry" into Russia from Ukraine, as well as the so-called DPR and LPR regions of Ukraine, according to Russian state controlled media outlet TASS.
The Kremlin announced on Saturday that citizens of Ukraine as well as the DPR and LPR regions can enter and leave Russia without a visa, but must provide valid documents "proving" their identity, according to the report.
|
Why stay in a country that can't even protect its own citizens when right across the border you have a country lead by one of the strongest leaders around?
Thanks to Brother Putin for making this process easier
Now all those Ukrainians have no excuse for letting their loved ones die as casualties of war.
To those living in Ukraine, it is time to jump ship and join the winning side.
If Zelenskyy was a competent leader, he wouldn't have let these casualties occur. The responsible thing to do would be to have a stronger military to prevent an invasion, but Zelenskyy failed on that account. The next best thing to do would be to surrender, he failed on that account too.
Close minded people are just right people who don't want to spend time arguing.

It really does - doesn't it?
This is the city of Borodyanka, after it got some of that hospitality - it's certainly shining through that apartment building:

Isn't that the Great Gate of Kiev? Sorry, Keeeef. I've heard Rick Steves talk about it so much, it's a wonderful example of late Soviet architecture plus coffee shop.

And, as per usual, our beloved President Trump is leading the way with his brilliant — and innovative — plans! Last night, the President revealed his latest idea about dealing with Ukraine. And, none of it involves praying for that -ish nation!
Quote:
Trump joked about the conflict, too, though, telling donors that the U.S. should put the "put the Chinese flag" on F-22 fighter jets and "bomb the s***" out of Russia. "And then we say, China did it," he said, to laughter in the room, according to the source. "Then they start fighting with each other, and we sit back and watch."

I have to make a confession here, my Brother and Sisters in Christ. It's getting harder to avoid praying for Ukraine.
It's just that it looks like the people of Ukraine are suffering, and I am a little on the tender-hearted side. I know that The Lord has often allowed, encouraged and even inflicted suffering on various groups of people in the past. But sometimes, it makes me feel tearful inside.
I will need to apply myself more mindfully to prayer and Bible-reading so as to shore up my faith.
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

Don't worry. Anyone who dies, that's God's Will.

So many groups are trying to "help" the Ukrainians, but few have sound Christian principles guiding them. I read about some trying to help the fleeing Romas.
The Romas, more accurately called Gypsie's, never settled down to become good Christian citizens. Instead, they moved around stealing money from good people. Simply put, they are sinners.
No one should be helping the Romas.

I have recently read that both Netflix and the Coca Cola company are refusing to do business in Russia.
Dear, Sweet Lord Jesus! This is getting out of hand! How much more suffering can the Russian people endure?
And how dare those Coca Cola people with their songs about peace and giving everyone a refreshing beverage do this to a nation of innocents? Is Coke willing to give up featuring polar bears in their Christmas holiday ads? That has to be intellectual property theft or cultural appropriation or something.
These cruel business boycotts are very wrong and should be the focus of world attention right now.
Edit: Pepsi has joined the boycott. I always knew that those two (Coke and Pepsi) were in cahoots.
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

Oh, this is just completely terrible, dear Sister Handmaiden. It's obvious that Ukraine is trying to ruin the world by inspiring large corporations not to give their much-needed products where they are needed so very much!
Agatha (my sister) just rang, to tell me that Pepsi-Cola is the latest company to withdraw products — including 7Up! Why, I can remember hearing Pepsi commercials on the radio for as long as I can remember, and I have enjoyed their products for many a year now. My heart aches to hear that the Russians will no longer have this great pleasure:
Quote:
Meanwhile, Pepsico inc tonight also announced the suspension of the sale of Pepsi-Cola, and global beverage brands in Russia, including 7up and Mirinda.

Apparently, Starbucks fine coffee AND McDonalds have also pulled their products away from Russia today. This is only going to cause Russia to become justifiably more angry with sleepy Joe Burden, so we had best watch our backs!

Coke, Pepsi and Starbucks--I'm worried about the cold-turkey withdrawal of all caffeinated products from Russians' diets. Between the cold and the vodka, I imagine they tend to get sleepy easily.
How will they main production on all their innovative products?
(What are their innovative products?)
And aren't they vital in providing the world's beet supply?

This is actually a great blessing for the Russians, if you think about it. All the virtue-signaling "woke" corporations, all the ones with offensive race-mixing commercials, the companies whose products we Christians boycott, are cutting ties with Russia in its hour of need. All that remains now are Godly corporations who love money, Trump, and Putin - like Papa John's. I only wish we could be so lucky.

Brothers and Sister in Christ, there are all sorts of news stories out there about formerly upstanding Republicans who are supporting Ukraine and condemning Russia. Who would have thought that some of the leading lights in the GOP were RINOs?
Satan is clearly clouding many a mind on Capitol Hill in Washington. We need to step up our prayers. Putin may be crushing it with his Special Operations in Ukraine, but the battle here in America doesn't seem to be going our way.
What should we do if we hear about Republicans leading prayers for Ukraine? I think some of those shifty politicians have forgotten how much they owe to our Pastor Zeke.

When Fox News and the New York Post are allowed to photograph the ruins of Ukraine, I hope we will see some laughing Soviet soldiers in front of a bombed out gay sex building. Then the public around the world will understand what the Soviet Union and its leader have accomplished.

My friend just to the north, Mayor Timmy Mahoney of Fargo, ND, called to ask advice. Refugees from Ukraine are starting to show up at his airport. He wondered who screens them for homerism or liberalism.
I told him my sources tell me there is no screening. The only thing he can do is have his people keep a close eye on them. I pointed out that if they left without any food or money they will be stealing from day one.
Timmy thanked me. He said he would sleep in his office tonight so he will be on hand if there is trouble.
