NC governor bans use of state, federal funds for conversion therapy for minors

North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper (D) signed an executive order Friday banning the use of state and federal funds for LGBTQ conversion therapy for minors.

The order directed the state's Department of Health and Human Services to "take steps to expressly disallow payment of DHHS allocated state and federal funds for conversion therapy for individual patients” who are under 18.


The order's purpose was to “promote and implement actions that protect the wellbeing of all North Carolina residents regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression” and make sure funds “are used only for effective and therapeutic services that are supported by credible evidence and medical experts.”


Cooper tweeted that the measure will help to protect children.





The Trevor Project, a support organization for LGBTQ youth, celebrated the move in a tweet.

Pastor, it worries me that one consequence of this folly is that without the caring Christian intervention they so badly need, many of these faggoty youths (are we even allowed to say that in these PC-gone-mad times?) will try to resolve their perversions by becoming transvestites and pretending to be girls. It is but a small step from this to having their manly members chopped off and gigantic fake breasts implanted, but no man of any discernment will look at them and so they will have to become lesbians. And then they will be pretty much back where they started, but a lot worse.

I understand that this sort of thing is already a major problem in Canada - no surprise there, obviously. But we really need to look at closing that border.

Oh, gracious sakes alive, dear Sister Joanna, you are so correct here -- most assuredly so! I was speaking with my sister, Agatha, yesterday and she had been speaking with her Toronto friend, Priscillia. Prissy said that the situation is unbelievably horrible up there in the land of LIE-berals, where they run the place -- thanks to that homersexualistic-loving Prime Minister that they have. Prissy sent Agatha a photo of something that was in the news, and I have a copy which I will include here. It just goes to show that even their most desperate attempts for homer men to pretend they are girls is nothing but a travesty, but it is accepted and welcomed there. This is a huge sin and insult to the Plan of Almighty and Creation! We need to pray, more than ever, that this is all defeated! In ' Name, I pray!
