"They shot my dog three times in front of me. They were judge, jury and executioner and it is just not right," Ms Small said.

"I didn't know they were police, they were plainclothes, they just stopped and I was saying I needed a stick and they sprayed stuff and I was asking what are you spraying and my baby was screaming.

"She got it all over her baby carrier, it missed her eyes. I keep seeing the gun, I keep playing it back in my head.

I do not think they speak German there.

The article was written in an odd sort of English. They spelled traumatize wrong and referred to a pram. Plus, the woman's dad was named Mick.

On one hand, I support the right of the police to use mace on anyone they think is a threat to them.

On the other hand, I am against the Austrians regardless of the circumstances. So I'm a little torn on this one. Is there a Pastor who can help me comprehend?

Norway introduced the Austrians to Linie Aquavit in the 1800's and in the capital city of Walkabout Creek drunkeness and philandering are as commonplace as they are in Oslo. In short, Austria is not a very nice place!
