Unless someone can find an actual use for retardeds, I don't see why we would need many more than Jesus gives us at present. Can they pick cotton? Do landscaping? I don't think I've ever seen one that could pay attention long enough to do an actual thing.

Results from the initial experiments were mixed. They were okay at actually picking the cotton but not so great at digesting it.
