President Trump Lied About Coronavirus And Deserves Our Thanks -
09-09-2020, 11:42 PM
So it turns out that liberal Democrat stooge Bob "Fake News" Woodward has "tapes" in which the President admitted that he knew how deadly coronavirus would be back in February and that President Trump deliberately minimized the impact of the virus to keep people from panicking. You can hear the tapes here, but please ignore the commentary of the on air "talent" at failing CNN, because they hate America.
These "tapes" show just how strong and confident a leader Donald Trump is:
First, unlike what the liberals at Fox News want you to believe, Donald Trump is not an imbecile. He knew exactly what was going on with this virus and what he wanted to do about it--nothing. Joe Biden, on the other hand, has trouble deciding whether to get out of bed if he even bothers to wake up in the afternoon.
Second, the President was willing to lie to the American people to protect them. Sometimes Presidents have to lie. For example, if they need to protect the lives of the loser dupes on a military operation or if telling the truth will get one of their close advisors indicted. It's just like how we Christians sometimes have to lie for Jesus when we are saving souls or soliciting donations.
For anyone who doesn't see how this illustrates the sterling quality of Donald Trump's leadership, I beg you to consider just how bad things would have been had Donald Trump told the truth. If he had, the ensuing panic would have caused massive protests in the streets of our cities, making our suburbs unsafe for families. Three or four hundred thousand preventable deaths is a small price to pay for domestic tranquility, as World War II showed.
Thank you, Donald Trump, for showing us just how great a leader you are! Tremendous leadership!

Hah! Just as Mr. Trump graciously acknowledges a few minor inaccuracies in the information he relayed to us, what do the wretched scientists do? Of course they change their story. The usual M.O. Whatever Republicans say, they say the opposite.
So as of Sept. 8th COVID is no worse than flu and lockdowns and masks do absolutely nothing to halt it. If anything, they prevent the herd from immunizing itself over the Summer when typical symptoms are mild so the upcoming Winter flu becomes more deadly.

There's still time to attend a COVID party before the cold sets in. The President really should recommend this, but Phony Tony Fauci and the other liberals in the medical and scientific communities would no doubt stand in the way.

We have to put ourselves in Trump's shoes to understand this. First, he knew a big bunch of people would die. If he pushed the panic button maybe a few less, he does nothing a few more. What's the big deal? He did nothing and the majority of us are still alive.
Then he would have been thinking about the hotel business. If he pushed the panic button Trump hotels and resorts go dark. Why do that? The disease was out of control anyway. Why pull down Trump hotels for nothing?
This Woodward guy is talking about nothing important.

That's what conspiracists want you to believe. In fact, it makes no difference if he presses the button or not, the virus still follows the same trajectory as it did in other countries regardless if they locked down or worse masks or did nothing.
The lesson here is that Mr. Trump was smarter than all the scientists. Even tho he contradicted himself later, his response without any evidence was by chance correct. Come November (if you are alive) ask yourself if you want a lucky President, or one who is right and lectures you about it all the time like Obama.

Donald Trump is always right, even when he changes his mind. He's as honest as Christian preacher! But don't take my word for it, you can ask him yourself at any of his $100,000 per plate fundraisers.

Oh, this is so true, dear Brother Mayor Hold. Why, can you imagine the amount of panic that would have happened if our beloved President Trump had declared, "we are in big trouble!" There would have been rioting in the streets -- the BLM looters would have been working overtime. Instead, President Trump stuck to his "Make Great Again" agenda, and I think it was very considerate of the President to choose his words with the care and great concern that he did, for our benefit. If not for his very tactful, diplomatic actions, then I'm sure that we would have seen horrendous results, with hospitals and funeral homes being overwhelmed. And we would not want the blessed to fall into the same trap as some of those other out-of-the-way places, such as China and Italy!

Oh, that's such an excellent idea, dear Brother Dr. Toole. And you never know what surprise guests our blessed President Trump might invite to those $150k/plate dinners!

Why, I've heard that President Trump spares no expense at those dinners, Dear. In addition to renovating the Rose Garden into a place of great beauty for the serving of these dinners, he will ensure that only the best food is served. May bless our beloved President Trump!

In this matter, as Donald Trump says, Donald Trump is just like Winston Churchill. I remember my grandfather telling me stories of how, in World War II, Churchill hid the Nazi danger from the English electorate in order to avoid a national panic, calling it a Labor party hoax. Churchill was so good at this that the vast majority of the people in Great Britain were never aware that they were at war with Germany. It must have been most puzzling to them when buildings in London started blowing up and young men started dying for no apparent reason! And they didn't panic, which is why they won the war.
This brilliant strategy would have worked here in the case of COVID if the liberals and doctors hadn't spilled the beans. But we all know that doctors and liberals are united in their hatred for America, so they don't care if people panic.

Historically speaking, the USA won the war, but I agree 100% with your point about Trump. If the media has not made such a big deal about the Yellow Fever China Virus Hong Kong Fluey then maybe it would have all blown over by now.

I thought it was Joseph Stalin who won that war? I mean, he got the most of it territory wise - all of Eastern and Central Europe.

A makes a person feel grateful to the President when one thinks about the lives saved. If the President had told the truth about how bad the pandemic would be many no doubt would have died from stress. The way it played out we learned about it in a slow and careful way and today we are alive and well.

Look at Ebola or past viral outbreaks that we stopped quickly. Instead of being grateful to people who stopped it, more people were just surprised at the "media overreaction" to the outbreak. If you'll remember, Bush's approval rating was around 90% shortly after the attacks of 9/11 ( https://news.gallup.com/poll/116500/...orge-bush.aspx ). Had he prevented those attacks would his approval ratings have been as high? Very doubtful. This may be a challenging time, but if it stops a Biden presidency, it's well worth it in my book. Sometimes sacrifices need to be made for the greater good.
Besides which, as far as I can tell so far, anybody saved, such as myself, will be protected https://www.landoverbaptist.net/show....php?p=1265731
Did Donald Trump and Fox News intentionally and knowingly allow the spread of the virus in order to help Donald Trump politically? I think it's quite possible.
|
I mentioned the theory that Trump was being deceitful in an earlier thread. To be honest, I'm a little relieved. It was difficult to justify how much of a genius the president was given that the doctors were more accurate than the president in this case. I'd rather have a President who lies for the greater good than one who is inaccurate when it comes to the facts and doesn't even realize what the greater good is.
Sleepy Joe didn't think we needed the travel ban back in January, and I've yet to see secret tapes come out of him saying "Yeah, actually the travel ban is a good idea and this virus is going to be devastating" so that makes me question his judgment.
Close minded people are just right people who don't want to spend time arguing.

Indeed. I think the President's mixed messaging was a particularly astute way to keep us safe and calm. Calling the fight against COVID a war while simultaneously saying that we had a cure in hydroxychloroquine was the perfect way to gently introduce us to the idea that this virus is deadly.
Same thing with his pushing back against mask use and bans on public gatherings today--yes, the President knows that a good portion of the people who attend his rallies unmasked will die, but, as with any war, the brave sacrifice of a few often saves millions from stress-induced heart attacks and strokes that the CDC refuses to report as COVID deaths. We salute your sacrifice, Herman Cain.

A statue of a negro in Freehold? Mayor Hold, I never knew you held such progressive views! But I think you're right. Herman Cain was whiter than a lot of white people I've met, and deserves a spot in the Freehold statue garden. Though we should probably ask the sculptor to tone down Cain's African features.

I watched the Sunday morning interviews and was so proud of the President's A Team. They defended him so well this entire fake news will be off the front pages tomorrow.
One of the team said, "If he had told the truth there would have been a run on banks and grocery stores. The economy would shut down and people would have nothing to eat." That shut down the criticism very well.
Another said, "You don't shout fire in a crowded theater. That is, unless there is really a fire." I liked that one too.
There can be no conclusion other than, GOODBYE BIDEN.

I know, right? There were huge shortages of toilet paper in the states which introduced some sort of quarantine measures. Can you imagine how bad things would be if we had a nationwide shortage of toilet paper???
