What do you think? -
08-07-2010, 04:56 PM
I 20, female and live in the UK. I'm not looking for a husband for a few years but what do you think my chances are?
I would describe myself as feisty, strong willed and determined. I can cook well enough to survive and have a good education (I'm still a student). I enjoy sports and am slim, petite and blonde haired.
Be nice!

I think you are a bit long in the tooth to find a man at your advanced age. You'll probably die an old maid.
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

I think the first thing you need to do is change your name.
Maybe Mary, Ruth, Sarah, Miriam. All are good biblical names.
2 Chronicles 7:14
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land Australia.

At 20? Most people in the UK get married at 25 or so. I think I'll be ok!

You had better start planning today before you get old and are undesirable.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

20 you should have had at least 3 children by now! If you wait until you are 25, no God fearing man will want you! Are you ugly?

Men are not interested in women with education. My wife Ethel has never seen the inside of a book, and I love her just the way she is. Men are generally turned off by a woman trying to be as smart as a man. It's the same thing as a woman body builder. Just be a woman.
Since you've already learned all that stuff, what you need to do is dim down a little bit. I suggest breathing in canned air or typewriter correction fluid until you are as dizzy as a regular woman.
You say you are feisty and strong willed. That means you will have to wait for a husband who is willing to go the extra mile in disciplining you. Not every man has the time to force his wife to submit, when there are plenty of non-feminazis out there who are willing to submit without a thought. If you want a man to accept you, that means you have to heed his word unquestioningly.
You cook enough to survive?! No man is going to want to marry Army Ranger woman. Does that mean you eat your own feces?

Aww, I'm glad you have a happy relationship with your wife. However, no-one I know has said that about girls- in fact one of my cousins says that the first thing he looks for in a girl is the ability to make intelligent conversation. Also, I worked hard for this knowledge; I'm not breathing in chemicals to dissolve some brain cells.
I don't eat my own faeces, that is disgusting. I meant I can cook well enough, but very basic. We're talking pasta or stir frys.
I said I was feisty and strong willed, yes. Don't you think that probably means that I'm not going to wait around (or indeed stay with) a man who tries to beat me into doing his bidding?

I don't understand why a man would want to have conversation with a woman. He must be a faggot.

No, I'm not hahaha.
I don't want kids yet! Apart from anything else, I have a broken back, trying to carrying around a kid as well would be a pain. Literally, just massive amounts of pain.

If you don't want kids then there is NO need to find a husband.
How could you be that cruel to a man to deceive him into a marital relationship and then deny him opportunity to produce little boy childs for Christ?
You would then jeopardise his life by him spilling his seed on barren ground through masturbation or contraception. God is very clear that sexual activity is for the purpose of procreation. Genesis 38:8-10
Why else would you want to marry? And .... have you thought about a suitable girl name yet?
I made the mistake of having a non gender specific name and have found myself left on the shelf double your age. Please do not make the same boo boo I did.

I don't know Billy, I mean I am not married yet, but it would seem that inbetween the the times when she is cooking, cleaning, and raising the kids, I would like to have a decent conversation with the person I am sharing my life with. Perhaps I am wrong, but I think it would be necessary.

My wife Ethel stays pretty busy, especially since she has only one hand. Maybe I would feel differently if we were both loitering around the house all day with nothing to do. But even if she does have some down time, wouldn't you rather play a board game, rather than hear what a woman has to say?

Your prospect of board games intrigues me, perhaps I need to reevaluate my desires in life.

Is your hymen intact? Most True Christian™ men would never marry a fornicatrix. I am sorry to hear about your injury. What did you do to make God angry enough to smite you so violently?

Oh no, I want kids, just not yet. They would get in the way of my studies and as I've said, it's not very convenient when you've got a broken back. I would inform him of this before we got married, naturally.
I think people would be able to ascertain that I'm female by my appearance so I'm not too worried about my name!

So now you've broken your back? You sure are accident prone.
I would suggest you only marry a man willing to put a large insurance policy on you (if he can get one) odds are you'll make him a wealthy man one day.

You're not Saved® thru Christ's blood, so I'd say your chances of finding a decent husband are between zero and nothing.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)
