Here comes a new story about a female at Liberty claiming she was raped and the University did nothing about it. Jerry Jr. set out the Liberty policy toward this accusation nonsense. He took out his gun in front of a University-wide convocation to make known students there should arm themselves. No woman carrying a fire arm has been raped so far. The University really needs Jerry jr. back as President to lay down the law.

Well! It appears that dear Jerry Falwell, Jr. is going to have the last laugh, dear Brother Mayor Hold. And, it is about high time that something so significant happened — to reverse the damages that Liberty University has inflicted on poor Mr. Falwell.

Now, Falwell Jr. is calling out high-ranking university officials for alleged sexual misconduct, questionable financial decisions, and mistreatment of the Falwell family. The Amended Complaint, filed on September 13, claims the actions of university leadership are damaging to the "Jerry Falwell" trademark.

To force Falwell’s exit, the complaint says certain Executive Committee members exploited Falwell’s health condition and attempted to convince Falwell to take a leave of absence because of "excess drinking". Liberty had not previously enforced any rules prohibiting drinking by faculty, according to the complaint. At least two members of the Executive Committee drink and one of them has been to rehab three times, the complaint continues.

Falwell later visited a detox center at the request of the Executive Committee, where the staff informed him he was suffering from a potentially deadly lung condition, and not from alcoholism, according to the complaint.

Shortly after, the news of Becki Falwell’s affair became public, and certain members of the Board of Trustees and/or Executive Committee set out to use this as a pretext to force Falwell’s exit, the complaint claims. The Executive Committee refused to meet with Falwell to hear his side of the story and gave Falwell the ultimatum of resignation or termination, the complaint continues. Falwell ultimately submitted his resignation “without cause” and “for good reason,” and the Board accepted his resignation unanimously.

It's all stemming from a scandal that happened a few years ago. You might recall, when there were allegations of improper "relationships", and a so-called affair with Mr. Falwell's wife. And, then, there was something idle tittle-tattle about Mr. Falwell having an inappropriate fling with the pool boy. All of that is rubbish — quite naturally — but the attached video below shows some of the trouble that was so hurtful to the Falwells.

I am sure that Mr. Falwell will be rewarded handsomely in the lawsuit settlement, and that all of this previous nonsense about affairs will be forgotten and never brought up again!

Liberty University has gone to even greater depths to deprive Jerry Jr. of the Presidency and of millions more he is due on top of the $10 million he has received. The new defense by Liberty is the appointment of Jerry Jr.'s brother, Jonathan, as the new Chancellor. It will put Jerry Jr. in an awkward position to sue when Jonathan is running things. Jerry Jr. is our man. Let's stick with him.

It's amazing how slowly the wheels of justice turn. I would have thought that Jerry Falwell, Jr. would have had his job reinstated with back pay, and received an official apology from the university, by now. Unfortunately, it seems that Falwell will need to watch and wait for a while longer for his vindication. Luckily watching and waiting is what he does the best.

yeah ol Jerry is gonna wait & watch a whole lot longer . his goose is cooked thats 4 sure. the universitty was right so dont sit up waiting for any big whooptedoo settlement. official apology thats the bigtest laugh of the day ,

No need to worry about a protologist for me, and if anybody is gonna play bum doctor it will be me. Pray for my bottom dudes instead, if you catch my drift. What do you mean only Jesus heals? You've heard of doctors and specialists, haven't you? I suppose you're one of those ones to say Jesus tells the doctors what to say. And possibly the first to blame the doctors when surgery fails. When was the last time you heard an announcement over the hospital PA system that said "Paging Dr. Jesus, Dr. Jesus, report to the cafeteria as we are all out of bread and fish" ???????
