Comedy Central considers series about Jesus Christ

NEW YORK — Having already caused a fuss this spring with the depiction of the prophet Muhammad on "South Park," Comedy Central said Thursday that it has a cartoon series about Jesus Christ in the works.
"JC" is one of 23 potential series the network said it has in development. It depicts Christ as a "regular guy" who moves to New York to "escape his father's enormous shadow."

It wouldn't be the first time Jesus Christ has been on a Comedy Central cartoon; he's a recurring character on the long-running "South Park."
Comedy Central was the target last month of an Internet threat for a "South Park" episode that supposedly showed Islam's prophet in a bear costume.

Whenever "South Park" features Muhammad in an episode, Comedy Central obscures the character with a black box; Muslims consider any physical representation of their prophet to be blasphemous. Following the Internet threat, Comedy Central angered "South Park" producers by editing out a character's speech about intimidation in a subsequent episode.

These so-called men are afraid to offend Muslims, but not afraid to offend good Christians. Cowards and terrorist apologists, each one. Dishonorable men. All they care about is money, greed, fame. Hate mongers, they ruin the world, and disrespect the Christ. This idea should be put to death before it ever sees light.

The US Department of Faith have made several of Comedy Central's papers on the series available to Landover Pastors, one of them says, ""For those unfamiliar, the Virgin Mary was the mother of real children’s character Jesus Christ, who has entertained kids the world over alongside other popular characters such as Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and Spongebob Squarepants." This is offensive and not at all funny.

Whereas, I'm not too bothered about what is said about Mary who seemed to spend her time interrupting Jesus' thoughts, I do protest most strongly at suggesting that Christ is fictional - We are born with the Faith to accept Him and doubtless there exists, hidden somewhere, proof that He actually walked the earth.

That said, we must have equal protection, at least, to the same level as Muslins, otherwise there will be a great uprising of True Christian™ who will cease their turning of the other cheek and, like those sandnigras stuck in the 12th century, accept the time has come to slaughter the unbeliever as instructed.
