Hello, Mrs. Theworkof, and to , here at .
We are pleased that you have found us, but I wonder if I might ask you to please supply a bit more information about yourself, as so clearly requested at the top of our Introduction Forum:
The introduction forum Attention Unsaved Trash: This the ONLY subforum you can start threads in. Here is where you introduce yourself. Tell us what church you go to and what your favorite Bible verse is and how you came to find Jesus. Thank you.
I am sorry to hear of your most unfortunate health concerns, and I do hope that you will have a speedy recovery. Perhaps, for future reference, you might omit personal details, if you don't mind terribly.
Sincerely, Isabella W.
P.S. Can you please tell us your first name? You will find that we're a very friendly group of servants of the here, and we like to address each other by our names -- unless your name really is Theworkof. Thank you.

Hello once again, Polly, and thank you for the information that you've so kindly provided. Goodness me, Toronto! My sister (Agatha) lived there for a few years, and I have fond memories of my visits there.
I wondered about the church that you attend, and I've found a website for them. It's a great coincidence that it is in the same block (essentially, next door) to the Baptist church that Aggie and I used to attend. I've mentioned this to Aggie, and she said that the church you're in is usually non-evangelical. Is that how you would describe it, or are your services different from the usual ones that are held there? And do you believe that you have been saved from your horrible sins through the blessed of the , living a repentant life devoted entirely to ?
Matthew 3:2 " And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."
Please feel free to browse our many forums here at our website. I should point out that whilst you can respond to messages in any of those forums, you cannot create new messages (except for the Introduction Forum) until our Godly pastors in the Department of Faith have checked you out thoroughly.
Sincerely, Isabella W.

That's very nice, dear. Psalm 25 is a good choice for someone suffering from diseases. Is there any specific reason why your husband decided that you should have an operation, rather than pray your affliction away?
Psalm 25:18 Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
James 5:14-16
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Are you sure that your husband decided that you should have faith in secular medicine, rather than in God, with good intentions in his heart? I'm afraid maybe he wants another wife and he wants to get rid of you king Asa style:
2 Chronicles 16:12-13
12 And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease was exceeding great: yet in his disease he sought not to the Lord, but to the physicians.
13 And Asa slept with his fathers, and died in the one and fortieth year of his reign.
I hope I'm wrong. I will pray for you.

Why do you not have Faith in the Lord to Cure you? God helps those that believe in Him.
God made you sick as a test, a test that you failed. How can you take His Divine Gift of being chosen to have Him work a Miracle® and pee on His Golden Sandals©?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Oh, Dear, I am sorry to learn of this trouble with your marriage, Polly. I know that your comment is to Sister Basilissa, but I hope you won't mind my commenting. It's not that I'm being nosy; heavens, no. It's just that I like to help out whenever I can -- you know, in a neighborly fashion.
Now, then, as a servant of the Almighty, I do feel (and know) that it's my duty to warn you of just how serious the good is, regarding marriage. Perhaps you can have a good browse over this and let it sink in:
Malachi 2:14-16:
14 Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because the Lord hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant.
15 And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.
16 For the Lord, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away: for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the Lord of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.
Matthew 19:4-6:
4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female,
5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?
6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
It is my hope and prayer that you and your husband will do whatever it is that you need to do, in order to resolve your differences and to preserve your marriage, so that you can continue to honor the and receive blessings. If not, I fear that your very salvation will be at great risk:
Luke 16:18 "Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery."
Exodus 20:14, 17:
14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbor's.
I shall remember you and your husband in my prayers, Polly.
Sincerely, Isabella W.
(Mrs.) Isabella White

I'm so sorry to hear that you are failing as a wife, dear. If your cooking and house maintenance are as bad as your grammar, I'm not surprised that your husband is not happy with you.
Are you a foreigner? Maybe you are one of these Russian brides that wealthy men can purchase on the internet? That would explain the grammar, but not your other shortcomings as a wife.

You must do everything possible to enable your husband to tolerate your existence. It may well be your defiance of Gods wishes that is driving a rusty spike between your hands of Holy Matrimony.
When God made you ill, He was testing you. You failed Him and probably in a similar manner, you failed your husband. You have no one to blame but yourself.
Deuteronomy 6
6 Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the Lord your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess it:
2 That thou mightest fear the Lord thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.
3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the Lord God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.
4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:
5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.
10 And it shall be, when the Lord thy God shall have brought thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not,
11 And houses full of all good things, which thou filledst not, and wells digged, which thou diggedst not, vineyards and olive trees, which thou plantedst not; when thou shalt have eaten and be full;
12 Then beware lest thou forget the Lord, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
13 Thou shalt fear the Lord thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name.
14 Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which are round about you;
15 (For the Lord thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the Lord thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.
16 Ye shall not tempt the Lord your God, as ye tempted him in Massah.
17 Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee.
18 And thou shalt do that which is right and good in the sight of the Lord: that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest go in and possess the good land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers.
19 To cast out all thine enemies from before thee, as the Lord hath spoken.
20 And when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What mean the testimonies, and the statutes, and the judgments, which the Lord our God hath commanded you?
21 Then thou shalt say unto thy son, We were Pharaoh's bondmen in Egypt; and the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand:
22 And the Lord shewed signs and wonders, great and sore, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his household, before our eyes:
23 And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers.
24 And the Lord commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.
25 And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the Lord our God, as he hath commanded us.
My own wife, Mrs. Hutchins has been gone for a few years now. One day she miraculously disappeared. I am sure God took her away to a place not on this Earth. It was and is not my place to question His Plan™. I only know that she is gone for a good reason. Did I miss her? Sure, But after a day or two, I was able to restore my life, changing the children's chore schedules to accommodate my needs. Nothing is impossible if you have True Faith™.

Welcome, Mrs. OfGod! Whenever there are problems in a marriage, it's always the woman's fault. I'm not sure what you did, but if you are sick as well, then you've done something seriously wrong.
James 5:16 - Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Now, I did not see where you mentioned how many sons you have born for our Lord and Saviour's Army. I have five strong young strappling boys, all ready for service in the kingdom!
Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?

Greetings!
In my home country which is Jamaica we have a cure for bladder infections and it always works. If you will drink a quart of vinegar and smoke a large spliff in devotion to Jah the bladder infection will go away and your urination will become more pleasant. I am still studying to be a physician at my school which is Georgetown University which is near Washington DC the capital of Babylon and I am not yet authorized to offer treatments but this procedure is common and very effective against the painful urination and also other infirmities as well.
I am very glad that I could be of service but my main goal is to welcome you to this forum which is a Christian forum operated by these Baptist people who are white people from Iowa which is a state of Babylon where corn is grown. I myself am not a Baptist but I am a Christian of the Rastafari and the Baptist people of this forum have become used to me and they are usually tolerant of my failings because they know I am here to study them and I believe they hope to make a Baptist of me though I am often rebuked.
If you are from Canada they will probably not trust you until you have proven yourself a stable Christian person because they know that Canada is a nation of people who have been drinking. There are white people who are drunk on beer and there are indigenous people who have been drinking gin and there are Chinese people who seem to drink anything with alcohol in it. These things I have learned at the Methodist School in Kingston which is my alma mater.
We should be great friends because I am a fluent speaker of Canadian and also white girls find me very attractive due to my strong white teeth and my dreadlocks which are very fashionable here in Babylon. I would like to hear more about your life in Canada. Do you know Justin Bieber the famous movie star? He is said to be a Canadian.

Dear Polly: Kindly ignore that nigra kook, his ramblings and his poor suggestions about your health. I don't know how he's infiltrated our Godly system here, but I suspect our dearly-beloved pastors will soon make short work of his interferences.
I Corinthians 15:33 "Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners."
I Corinthians 5:11 "But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat."
We do have our standards here, you know, and I feel that it is my duty to warn you of such unsavory persons.
Sincerely, Isabella W.
