MARS
Hi :| a friend sent me this site and wow! Things here are just not the same as what we see. I don’t go to a church but have read things like the quote I’ve put at the end.
Scales are fun, there’s lots of types of scale and I used to work with them. There seems to be lots of types of Gods too but none of them are real are they?
Nor is the sky my church, since the stars are not Gods and they’re too far off to know what we do here, but there could be a man on one of them and he might know we’re here, if he looks. I think there may be. Yes.
Thank you.
Proverbs 20:23 Divers weights are an abomination unto the LORD; and a false balance is not good.

Welcome friend! Yes, God is real. False Gods are not.
What is your favorite verse from the KJV? Are you and your father still close?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Mars is a discredited Roman god. What's left to discuss?
They may have represented him as a messy red ball in their temples, I suppose. I can't say I've devoted that much time to pondering it.

Mars is dry - well there's ice but it's dry and there's a lot of wind. I thought I'd share that nice view of it from space. Hope you like it.

Mars doesn't exist. The Romans made him up. What is wrong with you?

I'm glad you liked it. There is no Mars God but there's quite a few space probes there and on the Moon. I love to see all the great views we get from them.

No false Gods are not real. Verse is at end of post I think. But there is no God in the sky. Mars is no more a God than Eve.

Yes, we know that. Mars has never been a god.
By sky I assume you mean the firmament. God is in Heaven, of course.

Pods? Of course they are. Because you like the idea that spaceships exist (which are not real and for which we have no evidence beside the yammerings of deluded hicks looking for attention) therefore the Bible is to be re interpreted until it merges with your sci-fi fandom.
Yes, everyone is wrong and you are right and 2001 A Space Oddyssey was a documentary rather than a prelude softening us up for the NASA conspiracy.

Virgin Galactic's Spaceship Two is quite real, but you'll note that it is not designed to voyage to the moon, and only travels in the upper reaches of the firmament. I suspect it's the first spaceship in history that wasn't a big, fat hoax.

Here's a real star ship parked at Mars.

Hi Faith Thanks for that, it was a help
"In the sky" as Job might have it there would be the main ship, for deep space use.
Here's one of ours.
You can't fly these in air but you could push one off to the Moon or to Mars, or to a star like the Sun but you'd need pods to get down to earth. When seen in days of yore they'd get called all sorts of things but we know what they were, now. We make them too.

There you go again with your talk of pods. Can you point to even one space mission, from NASA, the USSR, the Chinese Space Agency, or anywhere else, that has employed "pods" as a means of landing?
No, you can not.

I'm still waiting for the 'pod' we make with four faces (only one of which is human, the other 3 being of animals) and wings.

Heck, I'll settle for a pod with one face, of any species.

Is this some sort of elaborate extended point of the ilk that science fiction is equally valid as the Bible? Because if it is, Adam, it's making you look like a bit of a jackass.

Right. Because only one of the four men per pod has a human face.
Do tell, where can I find a "pod" with four faces, only one of which is human, the other three being of animals, and with wings?
Admit it, all you can come up with is, "the Bible described something that flies, and now we have made things that fly, so that must be what the Bible meant!"
You need to stop watching the "History" channel's "Ancient Aliens" crap and get right with God instead of engaging in ridiculous fantasies.
