For something to LITERALLY COME FROM GOD (as opposed to pretending to, or by a circuitous route of serendipity, or coming from some other source itself only pretending, or even not coming at all) it must take place IN REALITY and must also be engaged with the LITERAL WORLD GOD MADE. Nothing in a metaphorical world or taking place in a fairy tale or on a board game or even among demon possessed lunatics IN THE NUTHOUSE qualifies as coming from God at all.
