I'm not advocating for or against homosexuality. I'm merely curious, you see, I don't understand why you hate homosexuals.

I don't find it natural, at all, so I understand that reason. For sure!

But why else do you hate them so much? Is it because the bible forbids men to sleep with other men? Or is there more to it than that?

Please excuse my ignorance, I've never really been educated about this topic. The schools in New Zealand and hopelessly left-wing.

I don't think they hate jesus, how could anyone ever hate the lord? And can they help being gay, or do they choose to be?

I am suspicious of people who separate God and the Bible - The Bible is God's Recorded Word. It is God who defines homers as "abominations" and says,

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

If God (Who knows everything) knew they were made that way, He would not order their punishment, would He? Surely you don't think God is a bloodthirsty psychopath? He is famed for His Compassion and Mercy.

I disobey my parents sometimes, it doesn't mean I hate them! It just means I'm being disobedient, trying to find myself, or rebelling to prove a point. Its what teenagers do. My parents deal with me, I apologize, I'm punished, and then I am good again. It doesn't mean I hate them. Maybe gays should be taught to obey the lord. Can they be?

Also I don't have a husband, haha. I'm only 16 Plus I like to learn for myself, I don't think I will ever get married unless I meet someone very special.

He is very compassionate and merciful, yes. Perhaps he will change them in time - I don't tend to see very many elderly gay or lesbian people. Perhaps god cures them by the time they are this age.

If I may add to what Pastor Bathfire posted,

1 Corinthians 6:9
Have ye not known that the unrighteous the reign of God shall not inherit? be not led astray; neither whoremongers, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor sodomites.

The KJV calls it abusers of themselves with mankind, but I loves the way Young cuts to the quick in that verse.


The same is true here. You can see for yourself, God not only believes sodomites should be put to death, but those who condone it, as well.

Because of this did God give them up to dishonourable affections, for even their females did change the natural use into that against nature; and in like manner also the males having left the natural use of the female, did burn in their longing toward one another; males with males working shame, and the recompense of their error that was fit.


who the righteous judgment of God having known -- that those practising such things are worthy of death -- not only do them, but also have delight with those practising them.
