Assuming God and Satan do exist and are magical, that is irrelevant. I was implying that actual people can't do magic. So, if your worry here is that an ambitious teenager will devote his life to Hogwarts and pick up a wand and use the Unforgivable Curses, I think we've avoided a dilemma.
