Hello, I am avid gamer, whilst i dont follow any faith i stumbled across this and though you might like an inside point of view.

Fallout 3 is a game based in a post apocalyptical world. laws dont exsist and there are mutants and and raiders abundant. While the game does sport lots of violence and the OPTION to be a evil character your not rewarded for being evil. The game actually wants you to be a good character as you get better things for it throughout. And in most cases any "murders" as you call them come from a roving band of raiders attacking you first. And what do our laws call it if you shoot someone shooting at you? self defense.
