Default Hump Day - 09-26-2013, 12:31 AM

Wednesday evening has long been a time for reconnection with the church in between the precious nature of absolution as we begin a new week. Weaker members of the church without the strength of will to maintain a constant focus on the nature of salvation often forsake this opportunity to realign our souls with the true nature of worship, which is a constancy of mind that reveals the holy spirit that constitutes the soul and breathes life into the violent world that surrounds us.

I will now locate my Bible and search for a verse comprised of single syllables, as an inspiration for further reflection.

I would ask you now to turn to St. Matthew 13:9

Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

The lesson for this evening, this "hump" day is that the word of our precious Lord often comes in signs that are disguised as parables, or common stories that simple peasants are able to comprehend. In this same vein we can see that a pebble found on the road may contain all the information we need to discern the safer path through the forest, and that it is vitally important to examine each and every stone for meaning.

This is why it is important to remain quiet in the temple, because in the absence of the noise of the world the words of our father may be revealed, and it is a natural fact that he sometimes mumbles.

Mr. Cole, that is a beautiful sentiment.

I can't say I like the name of this day, however. H-day makes me think of H-ing. Given that I am unmarried, I don't want to have H-ing on the brain. H-ing has one purpose, and that is for reproduction, within the sanctity of marriage.

Hump Day, which is tomorrow according to the scientists, is a simple mathematical reference to the middle of the week and has nothing to do with fornication, which is prohibited by Biblical law and common sense. Whenever one is tempted by the common nature of the genitals of mankind it is extremely important to open the Bible and search for a verse comprised of single syllables, because these are the direct words of God.

I will do so now, as an, well, I was going to write example, but it has a number of syllables and that makes it hard to understand, and this is the principle and the very key to comprehending the words of God.

God is not a monkey, and as such, does not bandy about flapping his lips or manipulating his tongue about his teeth in an obscene manner. God mumbles for a reason.

I will go now and seek out my book of verse and write from it a verse in this way:

St. Luke (heh) 23:31

It is a curious thing that the google demon will not retrieve this verse, which makes it special in nature. Here it is, but only for true believers.

ST.LUKE 23:31 For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?
