Georgia Lawmaker: Make Miscarriages Punishable by Death Penalty! -
02-26-2011, 06:57 AM
AMEN! The Pro-Life movement is picking up steam with a wave of law proposals in states around the country. Recently, South Dakota started trying to make abortion legally classified as murder, which would mean abortionists could get the death penalty.
Georgia is taking this a step further by making miscarriages illegal, essentially classifying it as murder. If you're a woman, and you had a miscarriage, you're violent criminal scum that needs to go to the electric chair. Now, I realize this may clog the courts, but murder is murder. Where is the justice for those innocent babies whose mothers' bodies rejected them?
At this rate, I am confident that by the end of this year a red state will declare sperm to have full rights of personhood and thus outlaw masturbation, sex for pleasure, homosexual sex, and nocturnal emissions. MASTURBATION IS MURDER!

Well, SHOUT GLORY! Rev. Jim, you just made my day by posting this!
Of course miscarriages should be treated as exactly what they are; reprehensible murder carried out by wanton sluts who can't even wait a few months before they start fornicating again! If we lock up all other sorts of murderers, then why are we letting those whores off the hook?
Now, I just KNOW that some unsaved trash is going to barge in here, and try to tell us True Christians™ that we have it all wrong, so I'm just going to post this scripture beforehand.
"Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish." Matthew 18:14
Think about it, God wants all little babies to live! It is never His choice to smite them while they're still in the womb. That means that there's only one person who can be blamed in the event of a miscarriage; the woman!

I am emboldened by these virtuous legislators. Elections have consequences, and we are just beginning to see the repercussions of the November 2010 Tea Party landslide in not only the national elections, but all the way down to state houses! By making regulation of female reproduction their top priority this early into their new term, Godly Republicans are letting their righteousness be known.
Romans 11:16
For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.
I get a tingle up my spine when I think about the possibilities that November 2012 holds for our Christian Nation. If our candidates perform as well as they did in 2010, we can finally get back to the Judeo-Christian Biblical Values upon which our Great Nation was founded by men led by the Spirit.
II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power
The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Rushdoony

Amen to that, Brother! The liberals and their puppets won't have anyplace to run once we elect a True Christian™ to the Whitehouse.
Only God can kill babies.

Hosea 9:14 Give them, O LORD: what wilt thou give? give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts. 9:15 All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters. 9:16 Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their womb.

The mind boggles with the possibilities that will slow our court system down even more than it already is, you know that somewhere, a lawyer will take someone to court [not that they shouldn't though] for wearing a condom. The charge, illegal detention and kidnapping. I believe cases like this will need to have pre-set penalties or the judicial will grind itself to a halt. YOU DO THE CRIME, YOU DO THE TIME. NO APPEALS NO EXCEPTIONS!

Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations ... an everlasting covenant.

Praise God, this is certainly a step in the right direction. But it does bring up a rather interesting situation. I only recently learned that sperm have a rather short life span. That is, once God gives them a soul in your testicles, their days are essentially numbered. If a godly Christian husband does not deposit his seed in his godly Christian wife, the pre-person sperm simply expire in the epididymis.
If this Georgian law was taken to its logical outcome, Christian wives would have to submit to their husbands on a daily basis. As we all know, even True Christian™ women are unclean for between three and seven days a month. To avoid being convicted of murder, all True Christian™ men would be forced by law to take up with a concubine or enter into plural marriages.

Amen, Brother! The Tea Partiers ran on a platform of Constitutionally limited government, and once we get rid of all of the frou-frou that secular humanists have added, we can limit the government to the things that really matter, like policing the reproductive abilities of the inferior sex.

Finally! It makes me proud as an American to see pro-life finally mean something once again and we can start protecting our most precious resource, the unborn child!
Potential next steps...
Charging everyone involved with birth control pills (an abortifacient) - manufacturing, storing, selling, prescribing, buying, ingestion - with whatever crimes come with deadly weapons that have one purpose only, the murder of an unborn child.
If any pregnant woman fails to go to a doctor regularly during her pregnancy, she should be charged with criminal neglect of her unborn child. I don't care how "poor" she is, if she has time to spread her legs, she has time to get a job and pay for the doctor.

I am going to repair to my law library for some extensive study in the area of extraditable offenses.
If successful, I will welcome cases involving miscarriages. I will extradite the sluts to Georgia where they know how to treat crimes such as this.

If the body rejects the child, then it is an act of "God". A type 1 diabetic can't make their body produce insulin; a person with cancer can't make the tumor shrivel up; a woman having a miscarriage can't, no matter how much she might wish too, save the baby. Why do you insist upon bringing such uncontrollable matters into court?

But if the woman were to make the effort to protect her child via proper and Regular prayer then through God's intervention the miscarrige can be averted.
In a secular society if one wants to avoid a miscarriage of justice one must obey the law of the land.If one Obeys the laws of the Lord then the miscarriage of a fetus will be averted, a person can not shrivel up a tumor but again, God can!

Then why doesn't god do that? There's a lot of people praying that their cancer goes away. I daresay that some of you Landover Christoids have incurable diseases that you try to pray away. Pray tell, does that actually do ANYTHING?

That is very true. As I was reading through Hosea with my morning coffee, I particularly noticed a verse in chapter 9:
HOSEA 9:9 They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: therefore he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins.
God does not want to see people make those sorts of choices, because of the terrible consequences of turning one's back on His Perfect Love. BIT PEOPLE CHOOSE DEATH ANYWAY!
Death for themselves, and death for their unborn children. How debased they are truly revealed to have become, preferring harlotry even over the maternal impetus for protection. God says:
HOSEA 9
12 Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, that there shall not be a man left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!
13 Ephraim, as I saw Tyrus, is planted in a pleasant place: but Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer.
Turn one's back on God, it's a rejection of life John 1:4 — the outcome: DEATH.
Throughout history, people have chosen sex and death over God and life, and He is clear and consistent in telling us what will happen. Miscarriage is not the only outcome, but it is one that can be difficult to hide. Ignoring God's advice is the same as handing those children over to a murderer (as God illustrated for us in verse 13), but these slatterns just will not listen!
JUDGES 2:17 And yet they would not hearken unto their judges, but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them: they turned quickly out of the way which their fathers walked in, obeying the commandments of the LORD; but they did not so.

If you had been properly home schooled by a good Christian family you would have learned of such civic matters.
Here's a lesson you missed while attending unholy public schools:
A judge does not bring "matters" into court. In my case I hear cases brought before my bench and then I render good, solid Christian judgment on said issues.
There is no need to thank me for this lesson, just toddle on and leave the legal questions in this jurisdiction in the capable hands of True Christians™.

I don't think God condones ignorance and false interpretations. The rules of the Bible are to be good to your neighbor, treat yourself and others with respect, and be a good person.
Putting women through the death penalty due to a miscarriage, which is totally beyond their control, is murder. "Thou shalt not kill". You people seem to think that masturbation and sex for pleasure is murder. Ok, so let's just assume that someone from this group gets into a public office and makes masturbation and sex for pleasure against the law. Only sex for reproduction is allowed. Ok, so when having sex, only one sperm goes into the egg. All the other sperm die off. So according to your belief, having sex in general, even for reproduction, is against your beliefs. Billions of sperm going into the womb, and only one gets through to the egg.....sometimes. Or what if someone tries to have sex for reproduction but just aren't successful for years. Would that have been considered murder too?
And praying to not have a miscarriage will prevent it? People just as "religious" as you all are constantly praying for healing and in many cases don't get better. And if they do, it's usually because they actually take good care of their bodies.
I love religion. I love hearing about it, learning more about it, and accepting everyone's beliefs. It is great as an idea, but extremely harmful and brainwashing as a belief, especially something that tries to put someone towards the death penalty for something that's totally not under their control.
I am very open minded, love life, and am a great and friendly person to everyone. Religion causes nothing but despair and hate towards others, which is just the opposite of what the Bible says. If you truly follow the Bible, you will accept people's choices as their own. After all, your own life is more important than others. I suggest trying to improve on yourselves individually instead of spreading hate and injustice to the world, just to show an extremely ignorant opinion.

Maybe we should start looking into extending the right to bear arms to cover our unborn brothers and sisters. As a demographic, they're very likely to be the victims of murder, so they should have the right to defend themselves, in all the ways the Constitution permits.

That is a very hateful and unchristian thing to say. Jesus has counted every hair on your head, you know.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.
God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.
