House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, in a statement released during Obama's largely Libya-free speech in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday, hit him over process, saying his administration should "define for the American people, the Congress, and our troops what the mission in Libya is, better explain what America's role is in achieving that mission, and make clear how it will be accomplished. Before any further military commitments are made, the administration must do a better job of communicating to the American people and to Congress about our mission in Libya and how it will be achieved."

This what happens when we have a President who doesn't share REAL American values and believe in American exceptionalism; wave scraps of paper from the UN around to justify remaking the world in his image. A key Senate Democrat on Tuesday tamped down the suggestion by some in his own party that President Obama could be impeached for launching military strikes on Libya.

Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), a supporter of the U.S. mission in Libya and the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said that if Obama’s actions on Libya are impeachable, then so are the acts of every other president since World War II who launched military operations without a formal declaration of war.

I realize this particular war is a bad idea unlike Iraq, Kuwait, Bosnia, nuking Japan and seiging Stalingrad...but cant we all just agree that what a wonderful thing it is to see all that destruction happening to all them African booty scratchers I mean Im just tickled watching it all. Glory I do like watching explosions in Mosques and houses in quiet neighborhoods being blown to bits at random. War is a splendid tool to further the Lords work and right now there are Muslims being smote. America showing them who the woman is.

As you pointed out yourself Ronald Regan bombed that skirt wearing thug Kadaffy. But that's not the point. This isn't a righteous defensive war against the Muslim threat. This is so UN Blue Helmeted thing were yet again we are playing World Police. Just disgusting. Libya should be destroyed, but for the right reasons. Not so some Democrat president can play nation builder. Just disgusting.

PS A President McCain would have handed this to his able and ready Vice President Palin and Libya would solved by now. Hope those Americans who voted for Obama now are happy.

Of course he should be held accountable for each and every Muslim killed in this horrible war. I cant excuse such death and destruction but while it's happening Id like a full review of the circumstances that led up to this illegal war. Hopefully we can get him out of office in 2012 and we can put forth the proper paperwork to stop the senseless slaughter of so many of Jesus most reviled enemies. With Gods mercy far less than my personal estimation of 1,500,000 dead would have to actually die. Any sensible person can see that Obama wants to overthrow Qaddafi so his Muslim pals in Al-Qaeda can take over Libya. His entire policy toward the Middle East has been to allow the radicalization of Islam to spread. I'm sure if he had the support he'd have installed Sharia law over here in America by now. Too bad for him we're a Christian Nation full of patriots who follow God's law, not Allah's (aka Satan). Hopefully this debacle will cause his already low approval rating to plummet further, ensuring a Palin presidency in 2012.

Likely, Obama is using his cronies of the Muslim Brotherhood already to rebuild the Islamic Caliphate in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya, with the rest of the Middle East, Europe and America to follow suit. What an idiot Obama is! First he comes up with a dumb reason for bombing Libya ("protecting civilians" - like anyone cares about that), then he just drops some bombs but fails to send in ground troops to liberate the oil wells. Finally, he turns the mission over to our socialist Euroweenie "allies" who couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag.

If George Bush were still president, it would have been a different story. By now our mercenaries would have captured the oil fields and we'd be shipping more prisoners to Guantanamo to test out the latest advanced interrogation techniques. We'd have ourselves a new permanent military base in North Africa. Meanwhile, companies like mine to would be scooping up huge no-bid contracts to "rebuild Libya." There would be at least 10 shiny new McDonald's and KFC franchises setting up shop in Tripoli. And of course, the Libyans would be watching Fox News instead of that terrorist Al Jezeera.

Democrats just don't understand how to make war profitable. What a waste!
