A word of warning: some of these franchises or whatever they are will
CHANGE THEIR NAMES —— such as to "Stupendous Homes" or "Magnificent Kitchens" or even "Stunning Giftware" and so on. Should there even be a warehouse? A proper business is established by someone of sound mind who decides which products to sell, orders them from the manufacturer (for household appliances) or commissions designs (such as for furniture) from reputable cabinet makers and joiners.
Good quality furnishing fabrics, wallpaper, light fittings and so on are often difficult to find and let's face it, half the stuff out there wouldn't last a decade. Let alone a century! Then when you do replace an item (a table, say) the more budget conscious to whom you hand down the old one will get a well-made and durable item. And even if they burn it on the fire to keep warm or cook a potato it will provide excellent fuel and not flare up belching out fumes of arsenic.
