.. I've been experimenting with recipes and would like to share one.
¾ pint marmalade
¾ pint water
4 tablespoons gelatin (making about 700ml altogether)
1. Boil in a saucepan
2. Pour into a bowl (or into stemmed glasses when cooled)
3. Set in refrigerator
The dispersed orange peel looks quite nice through glass.
• serve garnished with Rapadura sugar accompanied by
. . EITHER
a 50/50 mix of orange infused tequila & peach schnapps
. . . .OR
⅓ pint Cointreau
½ pint pineapple juice (about 500ml altogether)
Soda water to taste
• serve garnished with mint leaves or a good splash of crème de menthe.
PERFECT WITH CLOTTED CREAM (or ice-cream) YUM!!
