Dear Friends,
In a stunning blow to the Internal Revenue Service's continuing efforts to thwart Christianity, the Landover legal team convinced an appellate panel of the U.S. Federal Temporary Emergency Court on Friday to declare that buying a car purchased with a Jesus fish firmly attached is a religious transaction, and, hence, a non-taxable event pursuant to the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment. Citing to the recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions on the Ten Commandments, the panel noted that "the wall of seperation between church and state cannot be upheld only against the Church and never against the State. The purchase of any car with a Jesus fish plainly attached (such as Petitioner's) lies beyond the State's permissible taxing authority." Further, the Court found that, like any religious donation, the purchase of a Jesus fish car is tax-deductible. Lastly, the Court speculated that Jesus fish car owners over the past several decades may have a cause of action against the IRS to the extent that that agency failed to recognize or publicize the availability of such deduction.
Praise!
Yours in His Green-eyeshades,
