Jesus doesn't know when exactly He'll be coming back (Mark 13:32). He only knows it will be "soon" (Revelation 22:20).
It's been almost 2,000 years since Jesus promised He'd be back soon (Revelation 22:20). Over the last two millennia people have speculated about
when Jesus will return and
when apocalyptic events will happen. Up until now, their predictions have always failed.
Jesus told His followers to be constantly in a state of heightened alert (Mark 13:33-37) and watch out for the signs of His return (Matthew 24:22-23). You're probably wondering why Jesus said this to First century Christians if He wasn't going to come back for at least 2,000 years. The answer may lie in the fact that Jesus didn't know when He'd be back (Mark 13:32).
Recent events, however, leave no doubt. Jesus' return is imminent. Ancient prophecies are being fulfilled in our lifetime.
It has come to my attention that there have been as many as
819 unexplained mass animal deaths since 2011. Most of these involve fish die-offs.
God is angry with people for sinning, so He is killing fish. (See below)
This is just as the Bible predicted.
Hosea 4:1-3: Hear the word of the Lord, ye children of Israel: for the Lord hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood. Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.
I can't wait for more animals to die and for famine and war to break out. It means Jesus' return is that much closer. Glory!
